The developed Rail Identification System IPS which includes hardware uses motion sensors and a dedicated algorithm to detect oncoming trains. After a rail vehicle is recognised, the IPS system sends that information to road users in advance. Then the message on an oncoming rail vehicle is displayed on a specialized LED screen placed on both sides of the railroad crossing.

The communication between the hardware for detecting train and the display is via LoRa protocolConsequently, the road users' experience of nearby railroad crosses has enhanced noticeably. The hardware have a built-in GSM module so that firmware can be updated Over the Air (OTA.)

The collaboration with the AMC TECH went smoothly. The project was undertaken in the given time. The final system fully met the criteria and our expectations. Moreover, the system was recently awarded by The Office of Rail Transport (UTK) during the "VI Security Culture Competition" for the most innovative projects, which is conducive to promoting and developing a safety culture.

The production process is still underway, but we are pleased with the controller we've developed and the workflow so far.

We needed someone to design and develop new version of the SITA device with new functionalities. The process was something entirely new to us, so we needed professional support. Our goal was to create a new version of the SITA device. We wanted to add new functionalities to facilitate and accelerate the achievement of a state of relaxation for our customers.

The new device allows to relax deeply by concentrating on breathing and isolating yourself from external stimuli. Therefore, the body can achieve its optimal, natural rhythm (biofeedback) and go into profound relaxation. The project was broken up into 4 phases. The first phase was more of preparing technical documentation of SITA Calm. Preparing all of technical assumption, functionalities and harmonised standards which device should met. The second phase was the preparation of PCB layout design and embedded code for it. The next phase focused on manufacturing MVP of the SITA device. And the final stage was more to validate MVP and implement all the corrections to the project.

We’ve interfaced with several people, but we worked with 4 members on a regular basis: project manager, electronic designer, embedded developer and mechanical designer.

At the moment it's too early to share the results of the project, as we've just started selling SITA Calm device at our online store.

We are confident that all new solutions, such as Bluetooth module, which allows connection to a dedicated mobile application, and the modern design will drive our sales and the new project will be positively received among customers.

Daily virtual and regular physical meetings between our teams ensured that there were no misunderstandings. We've achieved a proper course of communication between companies.

AMC was able to successfully complete the stages on time and without any quality issues. So far we had very good success with them in terms of understanding the requirements and keeping the timeline.

After 6 months the basic MVP of the system was successfully delivered within agreed timelines, meeting our requirements. For the remaining 18 months, the system was constantly developed by adding new functionalities, optimizing the system in terms of power consumption and effectivnes of remote reading.

Of course, there were minor bugs in every release, but those were corrected within couple days after filling a report.

The workflow was smooth and structured. We have biweekly status updates. Primarily, we communicated via email and phone. Every 3 months we had face-to-face meetings at the AMC headquarter.

They are very personable and also, very professional. Tomasz, our Project Manager, was well-organized, open minded and utterly reliable.

There is always room for improvement, especially in IoT projects and AMC have proven themselves as fast learners fixing initial disparities. They listen carefuly and apply adequately. Their skills, experience and dedication were an effective remedy to any problem encountered.

We were looking for a company that would design a test stand that would enable the automation of the testing process of manufactured steel wheels.

After market research we decided to choose them because of their knowledge in designing of EOL test benches for automotive sector.

The scope of the project was to develop test bench for steel wheels. The main goal was to build a stand that would improve the efficiency and quality of the tests performed.

We wanted to equip our testing department with End Of Line test bench. There wasn’t any dedicated solution available on the market. We asked them to design and implement tailored solution for our needs.

They standpoint include mechanical part, automatics and dedicated software. The main scope of the system is to acquire data during radial run-out measurement, process it and visualize it on screens (charts, trends, etc.)

We initially needed a lot of low-level development. Capacity issues meant that our development team was overloaded. We hired AMC TECH for software development of Power Module (based on STM32) in NOA Sentiel vehicle.

Our goal was to successfully complete the development of the Unmanned Underwater Vehicle prototype and test the solution in the ocean.

We had the opportunity to meet the owner of AMC TECH at one of the scientific conferences. As it turned out, AMC has all competences that we were looking for. After personal meeting with the director of the department of embedded systems, we decided to collaborate.

The most important task commissioned by AMC TECH was to program the Power Module communicating with the LLC controller using the CAN protocol. This module is responsible for controlling 10 motors, equipped with wings that allow the robot to swim under water.

Additionally, engineers programmed GPIO expander’s I2C functions for two-way communication for devices such as ballast, thrusters, cameras and LEDs. This module monitors the correct power of the LLC controller and all components.

Tasks were accomplished by the team 2 weeks before the deadline. The prototype is fully operational and ready to deploy for underwater tests in the ocean.

Our PM was organizing calls every day. We have shared online folders with documentation. For the purpose of tracking updates, the workflow was based on a task tracker. Communication was smooth and tasks were carried out quickly.

We were impressed with the team's commitment. Engineers worked on Saturdays and worked overtime. During the project, the scope of work was extended and yet they fulfilled their tasks ahead of schedule.

The control module connects to the selected weather station ( e.g. Madagascar), collects information on the current microclimate and then replicates the same parameters in the terrarium. The controller using periphery connected to it can simulate weather phonemena such as rain, fog, wind, light intensity, humidity, and ven can simulate a storm. The system is supported with a mobile application for controlling and setting the module parameters.

AMC TECH was hired to develop the web application for HocoNet which consists of several modules (e.g. patient/device management and Treatment Planning). As a separate task AMC Tech also helped us to create an export tool for Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
