We benefited with our confidence growing so that we can have better foundations as business owners for talking to others. We would sometimes discuss ideas with Mark before taking them through with others.
A few times where we ran into some difficulties, Mark has been available on the fly for me to call him. He discusses appropriate ways to respond that also ensured we stood our ground. He has truly helped us find our confidence and stride and platform no matter the ages we may interact with or industries.
How did Amarna Group perform from a project management standpoint?
We used to meet on the phone or over Skype once a week when Mark would keep us accountable. As we were doing B2B services, we would email as needed. We also did a few in-person meetings to further plan out the scope of where we saw our business growing and talk about things we noticed.
We aren’t in touch daily anymore, but Mark does check in every three months to see where we are, what we are doing, and that we are staying on top of things. He responds to emails within the first 48 hours if not within the same day. His communication and organization are quite good, and he implemented some great platforms to make that more streamlined. No. Mark has developed a relationship with the founders, which is imperative for the services and insights they provide. He tries to keep an ear out too for his clients so that they benefit as well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When you go to talk to Amarna Group, really be willing to hear their feedback even if it is critical. Mark may be striking a chord on something that could give you better insight on how to work with others internally or externally. Be willing to hear it; constructive criticism would be a good thing. Just know that he really has the client’s best interest at heart.
