Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
As a start-up with very niche unique services, Always Fresh helped us first with Identity. We understood our heartbeat and some goals we wanted to accomplish, but they really came alongside of us to help us delve through paths to take that would be more beneficial, and understand who we are to not get too broad.
They then designed a logo for us that we love, and built a complete branding package that exemplified our identity. Furthermore, they created a custom website that perfectly fit our identity, converted well for desktop and mobile keeping in mind our target audience, and created a great funnel, leading people a step at a time through our ultimate goals.
They've helped consult in some SEO and marketing strategies that have been beneficial. And through the whole process, the whole team has been great to communicate with in timeliness and being on the same page with everything. They've been completely competent and skilled in what they do and very timely in accomplishing goals with excellence.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our measurables are a little more difficult to track than many other organizations, but Always Fresh clearly helped us in acquiring the right clientele in helping find our online presence, have ease of use with it, be impressed with it, and follow our funnel well. Always fresh has helped us retain our target clientele (even more important) in consulting services they've offered in helping to continue to connect with who we're servicing in deeper and more meaningful ways.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Their turn-around on every project was always expedient. Very quick turn-arounds through major goals to smaller website updates. In the midst of our own growing pains, we've asked for some pretty tight turn arounds on certain updates that they've always performed quickly to our major immediate needs. And then some peripheral needs were followed up on in a timely manner.
There was only one time on part of the SEO process we had slow connection. There was a message accidently overlooked, and the specific person assigned to us for that part didn't realize it, and she was in the middle of an incredibly busy season. But once we connected with our main contact, and things got sorted out, it was smooth sailing.
Everything else, from web development, to brand creation, etc. was all done much more expediently than I've dealt with other organizations in the past. I was very surprised in a good way. They have a very talented and motivated team that is clearly in a good operational system. And they all have the same heartbeat of their company that creates a really good culture and makes them easy to work with. And you can tell they work well together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think the blend of a great culture combined with incredible work. And the level or respect they've had for us, when really, we're one of their smaller clients. I've been a part of various organizations who have worked with similar companies.
Many times, for the quality of service Always Fresh delivered, other companies have delivered, but usually their culture isn't as great. Sometimes their is more turnover, and it makes it harder to work on ongoing projects when that happens. Or you can pick up on tensions from people at times. Even though they're cordial and still do high level work, you feel those things.
Always Fresh has been one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with. I feel like all of their team in different phases and different services have all really invested in us and our vision. They have been more apt to jump in, feel our heartbeat as an organization, and offer the best solutions for us where we are now, and for where we want to grow to.
They've been fun to work with, honestly. I look forward to connecting with them. I feel like they've been an extended part of our team. That's something I can rarely say. They've really come alongside us well to help us succeed. I know they have clients much bigger than us as well. And to know the level of energy and importance they have invested in us, really speaks highly of them.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Always Fresh could have done differently?
Nothing glaring comes to mind. The only issue we've really had, is we've grown to a point a little more quickly than we thought, so the way our website contract is set-up, somewhat limits some customization our team can do with the current website build. But that will be fixed in the next couple months as they do a whole new web-creation for free, as part of their offered services. Which we all knew from the beginning.
So really, looking back, I think it's still the right call that was made for the route we chose for how to do our web build. We're slightly more limited for our media team at the moment. But not majorly. And we just grew a little faster than anticipated. So momentarily, we've just had to go over contract hours a couple times that has cost us a little more money for certain things our media team can perform themselves in the future.
But again, it's not some type of hidden fee, or something not thought through. It's just we've had to make a lot more changes and some pivots as a young company who is finding their niche more pointedly. So in communicating with them, we've found good solutions for the moment that will get us to the rebuild shortly.
Always Fresh has been great in trying to help us adjust through this process offering excellent quality of work, and we talked and found what are the best and most affordable solutions in these short few months as we're coming up on our website overhaul. I'm very pleased with the route we're on and the way they're helping us focus on our rebuild going forward, as well as marketing strategies they're going to help us initiate.
