The goal was create a highly functional user experience and to deliver results in a very timely manner. We were on a tight deadline and Alsyke Technologies were phenomenal to work with.

Working with Alsyke Technologies helped us tremendously. They are reasonably priced and are very thorough with their work. Our newly developed website is benefiting our company tremendously.

Alsyke Technologies is our primary software developer. They have helped us develop numerous features for our software platform, as well as developing integrations, deployments, and ongoing bug fixes.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to develop Ruoom's primary SaaS offering - a fitness business management solution for small fitness businesses and freelancers.

How did you select this vendor?

We chose Alsyke as our primary developer after hiring them to develop an initial concept for one of our key features. After receiving a stellar deliverable ahead of schedule, we had them continue working on features for us - and naturally, they began taking on primary development and bug fixes on the platform.

Alsyke began working with us in developing features for our Python-Django web application, which included HTML and JavaScript work. They have continued to develop for us in Django, as well as work in integrating APIs to 3rd parties and deploying the application to AWS and Squarespace. Alsyke worked in an environment where other developers were also working on the software, and was able to manage well while maintaining primary stewardship of the database and other key aspects.

What was the team composition?

Alsyke's team consisted of a project manager as well as 2 or 3 developers, each who specialized in different web development languages and areas.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The work Alsyke has done has taken our SaaS platform from a framework to full-featured application. The role of Alsyke has been critical in this evolution. The platform is still pre-beta, but Alsyke has been critical in getting to this stage.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our communications with Alsyke were initiated and facilitated by a very capable project manager who communicates with us frequently and adeptly. It has been valuable to have someone with which we can discuss high-level initiatives, project deadlines, and resourcing of tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team at Alsyke Technologies always work thoroughly and diligently, and always complete tasks ahead of schedule. It is very valuable for us to count on a developer who delivers tasks on time, even when presented with a number of simultaneous tasks to work on. They always have an educated opinion on the direction we should take on a given initiative.

Alsyke has been a great developer for us and has communicated thoroughly any challenges they face - there are no specific areas for improvement that require attention.

I engaged them for a booking management system for my client.

What were your goals for this project?

To ensure that users in the organisation can book facilities easily and also be able to do priority booking. In addition, there will be a function to let public book and rent the facility that is available.

How did you select this vendor?

Self research and tested them with a few technologies framework problems and require them to solve it. They managed to illustrate the solution out to me. That is why I decided to go with them.

After providing the requirements to them, their Project Director Uzair, quickly form up a team to do up the system and ensure that all tasks are met and meet the timeline. At any point there is a problem, Uzair arranged a meeting to clarify the situation and come out with a solution for it.

The team consist of a project manager, front-end developer and back-end developer.

This project allows me to start on a journey of getting more big projects as I can see the developer team from Alsyke Technologies are equipped with the knowledge to execute the requirements given.

Project management was impressive and Trello was used to keep track of task that is completed and pending.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their honesty, reliability, and transparency stood out. These are the qualities that I need to support my projects.

Meeting arrange is in midnight due to the time difference. Maybe I can collate the things to discuss and pass it to Uzair for him to discuss with his team before him getting back to me with the solution the next day.
