Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Another agency did a wireframe for us. It was not up to par, so I called Kyle and his team to work their magic. They are the best web designers in the State of Alaska. We are a start-up company, so this was very much a ground up project since the other wireframes needed to be scrapped. The key deliverable for the project was a simple site in terms of size, but with a breathtaking first impression and memorable visual impact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Consistent weekly communication around deliverable timelines
• Final delivery was over a week ahead of schedule
• 8 new graphics for our brand 
• 3 new icons
• A full site with an INCREDIBLE visual brand - you can't immediately measure the impact of a site, but it will be memorable to our consumers which, in a year, I will have a measure of.

• Texts with updates when a big change happened. I really appreciated this! Always made my night to see the jumps in progress

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• Passion for what they do
• Honesty of the team 
• Flexibility of communication methods: I appreciated being able to shoot off a text when an idea popped up or I saw an inspiring graphic
• Artistic Talent - They had a lot of creative freedom with this project becuase I trusted them. My team had a bit of hesitation at the beginning, but at the end of the day, they took the space they were given and they blew us away. The Alopex Interaction Design team was extremely talented. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alopex Interaction Design could have done differently?

No

Every time an area for improvement came up, we talked about it. Either they adjusted, or I adjusted and we built a very strong, honest and trusting working relationship.
