I’m the Senior Director of Technology Acceleration at Pretzl. The role of my team is to support our clients to configure their marketing and sales operations tools, processes and teams in order drive business performance.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Allfutures?

We needed support with a specific funnel optimization and lead management project for a client. We didn’t have the capacity or skill set within our team when the project kicked off.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Allfutures led a funnel optimization and lead management overhaul project for a client who needed more rigorous marketing and sales operations processes to operate effectively and understand the activity driving pipeline and revenue. The team took over from the previous consultant and finalised the architecture of the proposed solution before implementing some of the key workstreams, including lead routing, enrichment, lead status definitions, reporting, and attribution. Allfutures was also the key point of contact with the client and responsible for building trust and confidence in what we were delivering. Allfutures delivered custom reports and dashboards, implemented lead routing redesigns, enrichment processes, new lead status and funnel stages, and initiatives in Salesforce for SDRs that provided them with more insight on the lead/contact record and better processes for tracking meetings.

What is the team composition?

We dealt with both Neil and Agu when it came to initially scoping the project before working closely with Agu on the delivery of the project. He worked seamlessly with the other Pretzl team members on the account.

How did you come to work with Allfutures?

I've previously worked with Agu and Neil when they were at their previous agency, Velocity at which point I understood what excellent consultants they are!

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around £25,000 - £30,000

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Allfutures delivered beyond our expectations. By the end of their involvement in the project, the client had a fully functioning lead management process with intelligent scoring, automated lead routing, and a source of truth from lead capture through opportunity creation. Additionally, they had reports and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline generation.The client stakeholder was delighted with what Allfutures delivered. They presented back to their executive leadership team, who was also very happy since it was the first time they had something in place that allowed sales to work to their full potential. Additionally, the visibility they now had around activity and performance via reporting and dashboards was something they were very excited to have.

How did Allfutures perform from a project management standpoint?

Allfutures' project management was excellent. Their proactiveness with both me and the client ensured that neither party was ever left in the dark regarding the project's status. Everything was delivered as planned and on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Allfutures' ability to dive headfirst into relatively complex projects was massively appreciated. The team was extremely personable and easy to work with. They are top-class senior consultants who have the ability to listen to the client, understand their needs, and tailor their work to ensure they met them.

I can't think of anything for Allfutures to improve.

I’m the field and program marketing manager of Globalgig, a telecommunications company. We provide global connectivity and security for enterprises. Instead of locking customers into a single stack or technology, we design and manage the right mix of wired and wireless connectivity, carriers, SD-WAN, SASE, and UCaaS for each business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Allfutures?

We hired Allfutures to fundamentally reset how HubSpot is structured, governed, and used across Globalgig. The objective is to turn HubSpot back into a trusted system of record that reflects how we sell today, supports future growth, and enables consistent execution across sales, marketing, and CAMs.This work focuses on establishing clear rules, shared processes, and clean data so teams operate from a single source of truth. 
By simplifying lifecycle stages, standardizing key fields, and introducing the right level of automation, we aim to remove friction from everyday work and ensure the platform supports the business consistently and at scale.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Allfutures has conducted an audit and created a blueprint to agree on the direction and overall strategy before moving into implementation and execution. We’re now moving on to the execution of this plan. During the audit and blueprint phase, Allfutures has gathered input from across the organization (we’ve had 5 input sessions) to identify key misalignment points across key stakeholders in the business. 
They’ve also conducted a full ecosystem audit of properties, data flows, integrations, and reporting. Moreover, they’ve mapped where the current setup diverges from our commercial process, highlighting not just technical issues but also process and usability gaps. The deliverable has been a HubSpot user blueprint in a Google Slide deck, a documented assessment that outlines our current state and the target future state.
Additionally, the blueprint includes a step-by-step roadmap covering system improvements and team alignment.

How did you come to work with Allfutures?

I had previously worked with Neil (Founder) and Agustin (Co-Founder) during my time at Velocity Partners, so there was already a strong professional relationship and trust. Allfutures’ pricing fit within our budget, they were a great cultural fit, and they offered strong value for the cost, backed by deep knowledge and expertise.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Because the work is still in progress, the clearest outcomes so far are around clarity, alignment, and direction rather than final metrics. We now have a clear operating model for how HubSpot should be used across teams, including agreed principles, ownership, and rules of engagement. This has removed ambiguity around how data should be entered and maintained and given teams a shared understanding of what “good” looks like. 
One of the strongest early indicators has been team sentiment. There’s a clear sense of relief and renewed confidence across sales, marketing, and CAMs that there is now a defined direction and end state. While day-to-day execution has not yet begun, we are already seeing a shift in how decisions are made. 
Since the project began, decision-making has become more structured and intentional. Instead of reacting to individual issues or one-off requests, decisions are now guided by agreed principles and a clear view of the intended future state.

How did Allfutures perform from a project management standpoint?

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The team has been great to work with — clear in their communication and very responsive. They’ve also been super flexible, whether meeting in person or virtually, which has made collaboration easy and effective throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most is their ability to combine deep expertise with genuine listening. They don’t just capture surface-level issues; they consistently connect specific challenges to the bigger picture, helping us distinguish symptoms from root causes
