Alinea Customs has contacts across relevant Port Health authorities and Border Control Posts, and relevant government departments to facilitate areas such as quarantine release. We can also assist with associated border administration such as IPAFFs, and sanitary and phytosanitary controls.

We are Furniture Today LTD, my wife and I started this business from the ground up! Our time, investment and above all passion went into creating this business. We supply primarily the London Market with same day delivery of sofa beds.

Its astonishing how most business were told nothing will change after UK leaves EU and it will be business as normal for a period of time. Well, this was not the case at all, after researching we discovered that we needed each of our consignments coming into the UK from EU to be declared by a customs agent.
This is when we had the privilege of starting our fantastic long-term (still on-going, if I may say so) relationship with Alinea Customs. I have to mention Holly Jade O'Leary from Alinea, such an eloquent individual who took our hand and helped us during the time of fear, uncertainty and doubt that my partner and I were going through.
It was Alinea Customs that allowed us to focus of what we are good at in our business and they took care of all the things that were causing us fear, uncertainty and doubt. During our business relationship, Alinea Customs has seen our business grow and has supported us in all ongoing projects and services.

We found Alinea Customs as an approved government customs agent on a government website. After the first call with Holly who was soo welcoming and understood our business needs. The agreement was sent and we were all fired up ready to go in a matters of days.

Alinea Customs arranged a meeting over the phone to obtain the details of who we are what we do and how much we know about the changes coming into play. They then adapted they service to the tone, support and frequency that directly suited our business. We spoke with many companies while searching to represent us, however none were talked or adapted like Alinea Customs.
That us what engaged us, Alinea Customs understands Individuality and can adapt therefore support accordingly. A template was created with all the details that are required to process the customs declaration, We simply sent all the information to Alinea Customs, IN THE SAME DAY our declaration was submitted and the clearance forms emailed to us.
This was also the case in the weekend!! We worked together before Brexit, During Brexit and when Brexit rules officially came into effect. Our partnership remains stronger then ever.

Very cost effective as we have regulars consignments coming into the UK from the EU. After each Consigment invoice is sent to us which we pay the same day. A very smooth and cost effective process.

Strong flow of communication, Via emails and video's sent to us by directors in the video explain up and coming changes. Regulars phone conversation with directors relations to updates on consignments and changes in rules.

Over the years Alinea Customs has congratulated us as they have seen our business grow. The fact is we should be thanking and congratulating them because without them we would not have been in the position we are.
There have been times I have called Alinea Customs on a Sunday evening and I have had an immediate response, I mean come on... they have always made sure that we remains comfortable and follow all the rules precisely. We are thrilled to have Alinea Customs represent Furniture Today LTD.

I cannot fault them due to the fact that with them as a business we are not only surviving we are thriving!
