WhistleNow! is a revolutionary mobile based application designed, developed and delivered by AlignMinds Technologies for Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau, Government of Kerala. We were tasked with developing a comprehensive solution for the public to inform the government authorities about corruption and scams happening in society. Due to its unprecedented nature of the task, we had to plan, execute and test each stages starting from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance, meticulously.

The solution developed by our team came with a wide range of features like District wise whistle count, facility to cast upvotes & downvotes, provision to add comments for a whistle, a user friendly and hassle-free navigation structure, push notification based on location on real-time basis, and a facility to upload any supporting evidence to validate the information shared, in the form of images, video, audio or document files. The notification feature we developed as a part of the solution helps the authorities to take note of each whistle and provide solutions for the same, whenever a new whistle is published.

The collaboration between AlignMinds and Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau of Kerala Government gave birth to a new Kerala where the crime rate is under control and citizens enjoy a new sense of safety.

Boxit is a startup based in Dubai. They conceptualized a unique idea to build a platform where people can connect with reputable logistics companies to move their personal items and store them safely, saving valuable space for the customers. They needed a team of developers with inexplicable knowledge in technology to bring their idea into reality and approached AlignMinds for a solution.

After multiple rounds of brainstorming our digital solution team drafted a clear blueprint which addressed the different innovative aspects of the product to be developed. Based on the blueprint created, our team expeditiously developed a complete solution where users can request a box with dimensions, pickup date & time, make payment and view status. The solution developed by our team also helps users to view all the items that are shifted to the logistics provider, from their dashboard. The web admin can manage requests coming from front-end, assign boxes, update status, free delivery etc using the administrative console. Boxit has an inbuilt alert system that prompts the admin and sub admin category users during the time of any shortcomings.

We used ASP.NET, WCF, C#, JQuery, HTML and SQL Server for building this disruptive solution for the client. Objective C was used in the development of the iOS version.

The web interface and mobile applications developed by AlignMinds for Boxit are widely accepted by the public of the UAE and Kuwait and they are regularly using this unique product to stock their unwanted items in a remote storage place.

Asia Insurance Review is the premier and comprehensive professional regional magazine of the Asian continent. It is read by all the key decision makers and readers in the insurance industry of several countries including the ones that are located in South Asia and the Far East, Also Australia.

They were looking for a competent partner to build a comprehensive Content Management Portal to manage their digital content. The idea was to store all published articles at one place to help the editorial team and enable the readers to get updated versions of the articles along with daily updates on a real-time basis. Also, our client wanted to offer their readers a hassle-free purchase of all the magazines published by them.

After a detailed analysis of the requirements and researching the latest technology in the market, our team suggested developing a web portal using the popular .Net based content management system, DotNetNuke. We also developed an E-store with integrated payment gateway so that insurance companies, agents and other readers can digitally purchase the articles and magazines published by our client. Other features include latest news, archives, search and advanced search, events and newsletters. We used  DotNetNuke, C# , JQuery, HTML , and SQL Server to design and develop the solution.

This refurbishing project has given Asia Insurance Review a new look and feels that puts them in the same league with the world’s best news and magazine content sites.

Our client Referr needed a simple solution that helps people to share their favorite business to the world. Referr LLC is a US based business with an aim to help people to earn rewards for recommending local businesses to their friends and family.

Based on the requirements, our team developed a powerful mobile application that helps business to generate new leads and users to earn rewards and gift cards by referring local businesses to the community.  We leveraged major technologies like React native, Android SDKs and iOS ADKs for building the mobile app and Node.JS and PostgreSQL for building the backend. We used Angular to build the client side admin panel. The application comes with all the basic features like signup form, payment system, profile management, an informative homescreen, points history, friend list, business list, facility to add a new business based on categories, gallery, business reviews, a gift card inventory, and a ranking system based on the scores received by referring and reviewing businesses.

The collaboration between AlignMinds and Referr LLC resulted in bringing new enthusiasm to the US market.  Now the US businesses have a robust platform to accelerate their growth and the local community has an innovative way to boost their income.

Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK) wanted to build a comprehensive Mobile Application that aid the public with placing an order for pick up and delivery, track and trace package through delivery route, schedule pick up and drops and, review the driver once the delivery is completed.

The solution developed by our team had mainly three components,  an iOS and Android Mobile Applications for consumers, Android app for delivery staff and a web-based Admin System. The web-based backend interface helped the staff of PCK to manage users, manage orders, manage delivery vehicles and manage drivers. Our team bundled the product with powerful features like user authentication, payment system, automatic allocation of orders, tracking of orders and facility to review the driver.

The major technologies we used to build this next generation pickup and delivery solution included NodeJS, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS and React Native.

EMS2Go is currently helping thousands of Kenyans with placing orders for pick up and delivery and tracking the same until delivered. This real-time pickup/delivery system has aided the registered drivers to fulfil their orders more efficiently. The backend system enabled the Postal Corporation of Kenya to have full control of their operations and helped them with making their pickup and delivery service more accessible, economical, and error-free in addition to making the whole service a pleasant experience for their customers.

Our client Insiders Corp was looking for an Online Platform to help their clients to understand the challenges of online counterfeiting and brand protection. The objective was to discourage the selling of counterfeit products which is a trillion-dollar business, accounting for around 5-7% of world trade.

Our team identified that developing a website to depict the counterfeiting data in various visual representations, including maps and graphs, and generating reports with the help of these data with a provision for in-depth analysis is the best solution to tackle the challenge faced by our client. So, we developed an exemplary solution based on these parameters with features like diagrams that are data-driven, screenshotting system, periodic reports, mapping and a web-based Backend Admin Panel to manage the content of the website.

The technologies we used for the client side website include Angular 6.0.6, HTML 5, SCSS, and D3JS 5.5.0. We utilized Angular 5.2.11, HTML 5, and CSS to develop the client side admin panel, whereas NodeJs 8.10.0 was used for the server side. The database was created and maintained using PostgresSQL9.6.7 and phantomjs 2.2.0.

Our solution helps Insiders to demonstrate the levels and impact of counterfeiting to their clients, with detailed graphs and even with screenshots of dubious sites, which in turn helps the end users to fight against fake products of their own products on different marketplaces, social media and standalone websites.

Citizen TV is the most popular television news channel in east Africa. They approached us with a requirement to develop a News web portal with live streaming to broaden their reach in the media industry. The solution was to design and develop a comprehensive web-based solution with the help of the WordPress platform. It was a percipient decision to choose WordPress since it is secure and flexible with features like custom functionality, user management, search engine optimized by default and allow webmasters to manage content easily. The other technologies we used to develop the news portal include PHP, MySQL, jQuery 1.10.2 and JavaScript.

We were also tasked with developing an exemplary mobile-based application to aid the viewers of Citizen TV to access news online, anywhere at any time. After analysing the latest trends in the industry we designed and developed a custom solution that runs on three platforms, Android, iOS and windows, with features like live streaming, customizable homepage layout, breaking news alerts, local storage, offline reading, Push notification, Google ads, and a function to resize the text size of an article.

The solution developed by our team helped Citizen TV to emerge as a media giant in the industry by reinforcing its formidable digital presence in the market. Viewers got an additional means to access the channel which encouraged them to view the programmes even if it was missed during the telecast.

Our client Balton CP Ltd is a British company with an international presence in Agribusiness, Technology, Energy and project management.

The challenge was to design and develop a network of multiple websites that can be managed by each department independently and have a central point of web management.

Since there was a need for multiple WordPress websites that are in the same industries having the same focus/purpose/goals and the same design principles, WordPress Multisite was the suggested solution. The web admin for Balton CP website is set as the network administrator login. Each of the eight subsidiaries is also set up as multisite on the same instance of WordPress, with user logins to each site with editor only privileges. So users at each subsidiary could log into just their website to make any needed changes, without affecting the other sites. The SUPER ADMIN has all rights and can work on all nine sites from the network dashboard. The technologies we used to develop the solution included WordPress (Multisite), PHP, MySQL jQuery 1.10.2 and JavaScript.

The solution developed by our team helped Balton CP to have a single network of websites managed by the respective web administrators. The main components and theme of each website are now under the control of the super admin of the main website.

Rodney Hunt, Inc. offers the most comprehensive line of cast & fabricated gate products in the US. Since its inception, Rodney Hunt has proven to withstand the test of time by surviving a Civil War, two World Wars, The Great Depression, two devastating floods, and a fire! Due to their deep sense of technology and being progressive with changes happening in the industry, Rodney Hunt decided to give a facelift to their website. The objective was to develop a website that is capable enough to showcase the legacy of Rodney Hunt and the quality of service they offer.

After scrutinizing all the requirements, our team decided to build a solution based on the popular CMS platform WordPress. We used PHP, Bootstrap 3, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript to give it the final shape.

The features of new websites include a beautiful responsive carousel slider built with the help of JQuery, a website that is designed with the “mobile first” design to enable it to render perfectly on all the screens, a clean and minimal design that makes the website easy to read and explore the navigation.

Royal Media Services Limited, the largest electronic Media House in Kenya.  They wanted to expand their existing radio reach beyond their territorial borders by enabling users to access all their radio station at a single place.

More than just enabling radio streaming, the purpose of developing such a solution was to make the users keep coming back by offering an experience that is unmatched in the industry.

The task was to build a game changer in digital radio that has the ability to bring massive engagement and take the whole experience of listening to digital radio into a new level. At the same time, it should also act as an alternative advertising channel to advertisers and generates additional income for RMS.

The solution we developed run on tablets and mobile phones. It mainly consists of a homepage with a list of all the Royal Media radio stations and provides a trouble-free experience to the users by enabling them to choose their favourite radio station with just a mild touch of their fingertips.

The solution has a wide set of features including a favorite list which can be edited by the users by adding or removing stations from the list, facility to record Live Radio for Playing back later, Song playback with pause and play button, view the upcoming songs, rate the song that is playing at an instant, Feature to add comments or requests for songs, social sharing, a brief information about radio stations, advertising banners that can be placed at strategic locations etc.
