Alfa Bravo has started by analysing the business. They reviewed similar solutions and discussed with us what their strengths and weaknesses were. We've started by preparing mock-ups. We then created minimalist and functional view designs. The proposed approach allowed us to create the best online booking product in terms of UI/UX.

My team've worked directly with UI/UX designers and with common designers also.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we received designs, we implemented them gradually into the project and tested the UI/UX solutions with the team, as well as with a group of external people. The response was very positive.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole process was very well thought out. We didn't need too many meetings because we understood each other very well. They knew our needs very well. We didn't waste time with frequent phone calls. Once a fortnight statuses were enough for us. Apart from these, the contact was always about the details of the individual elements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most satisfied with the step-by-step approach. We were able to participate at every stage of the project. They demonstrated their knowledge and were willing to share it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can say that everything went ok. Nothing to change.

I am the CEO of an accounting company located in Poland. We supervise our clients' transactions, which last year amounted to several million PLN.

We had communications and data verification problems because we documented a lot of documents manually, and our old solution was unstable. As a result, we hired ALFA BRAVO as team to develop a custom system for contact with customers and transfer documents. Also we need redesign logo and make UI / UX design for our system.

We collaborated with ALFA BRAVO on another successful project and decided to use their experience again.

They delivery UX/UI analyse, redesign of logo and design of system from scratch. They make development of the website with CMS system and development of the CRM system for contact with customers and transfer documents. Everything was build on custom solution called ABDEO. We have the ability to manage our clients' accounting documents and we have everything in one global system.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am very pleased with the result of the work. We have transferred all manual processes to one system, thanks to which we have improved communication with the client and both documents within the company.

I am satisfied with the course of communication. Regular meetings and UX workshops were held, which arranged the functions of the system in such a way that they were user-friendly.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an IT and maintenance manager at Prudential; we’re an insurance company. I’m responsible for overseeing our systems and new application and development projects.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ALFA BRAVO?

We were going through a rebranding process, which included changing our colors, name, and other factors. While attempting to upload new images and rebrand our website, we realized our framework was outdated, so we engaged ALFA BRAVO to build a brand new site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we provided ALFA BRAVO with preliminary documentation and graphics. Then, they developed our website from scratch using WordPress, Kubernetes, and Docker. They integrated the platform with our CMS and other internal systems. This has enabled us to automatically display our pricing and details regarding each of our agents. 

Additionally, the team has developed customized plug-ins to decrease the level of third-party interference with our website. They’ve built one plug-in to protect our agent data and another to manage documents and upload content. They’ve also implemented a search bar feature where customers can identify insurance agents based on the desired radius from their location. Since launching the new website, ALFA BRAVO has continued maintaining and updating our site. 

After our initial web development collaboration, we asked the team to build an e-commerce shop and develop a new version of our portal for our agents. They‘ve built the portal as a web application for our agents to use internally. They’ve also created the e-commerce shop from scratch, which allows agents to purchase leads and cards online.

We initially found ALFA BRAVO through our procurement process.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested roughly $100,000 in the partnership with ALFA BRAVO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with ALFA BRAVO in October 2021. They completed the website in September 2022, and they’ve continued supporting us as part of our maintenance team.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our marketing department would have a better idea of metrics, but we’ve been pleased with the outcome of the new website. ALFA BRAVO has created a fast-loading, user-friendly website that is easier for our marketing team to manage. The site has exceeded our expectations in terms of functionality, and we’ve received exceptional feedback from our agents and marketing team. 

They’ve improved our security measures by decreasing the number of plug-ins, which is great. We employed a third-party firm to conduct a security audit, and they found no issues. We’ve been particularly happy with the search function they implemented; it’s been a useful tool. The website has also been really stable from a maintenance standpoint, which is great. 

How did ALFA BRAVO perform from a project management standpoint?

ALFA BRAVO has managed projects brilliantly and communicated effectively with our business team. We’ve used the Agile methodology, and they’ve always delivered the requested products before each sprint. We’ve met regularly via Microsoft Teams and managed tasks in Jira. We’ve also communicated via email for more formal items.

We’ve greatly appreciated their strong software development expertise. We leaned on them extensively during the e-commerce development project, and they delivered. Working with ALFA BRAVO has been fantastic; I wish all our partnerships were like this.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve really enjoyed working with ALFA BRAVO; they've delivered impeccable quality work at a reasonable cost. We’ve been most impressed by the caliber of their coding and communication. We only found a few bugs during the testing phase, but nothing major, which is unheard of. They’re a very technically skilled team who has understood our business needs and communicated with our team effortlessly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing ALFA BRAVO could improve on.

If you want to work with ALFA BRAVO, reach out quickly because their calendar books up. They will deliver anything you could need, so don’t hesitate to sign the contract.

Our key expectation were system functionalities, tailored to specific requirements.

As a result, we got the solution which is a perfect fit for our current and future needs. With the help of ALFA BRAVO, a secure website for the sale of educational materials has been built - www.medream.edu.pl or medream.pl.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the day the website was launched, we are convinced that entrusting this project to the ALFA BRAVO team contributed to the success of our company. Currently, the website is still being developed and new functionalities are being added, tailored to the needs of our and our clients.

The project management has met all our expectations. Our main communication tool was mailing and phone calling.Currently, in the vast majority of cases we are using Clickup website.

I liked that I was in contact with their manager, how they did exactly what I asked them to, and that they were very patient with me.

I am the CEO of SBR Bank. We operate in financial sector from 1956 and provide customers with saving products, loans, credit cards and transaction services.

For what projects/services did your company hire ALFA BRAVO, and what were your goals?

Modernity and credibility are of great importance in our sector. We needed to create a modern logo and image of the bank and a website compatible with UX standards.

We also expected the website to have constant technical support for safety. The ALFA BRAVO team designed a new branding and develope dedicated website for us. To this day, we use technical support and continuous marketing service.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When selecting a supplier, we were guided by his opinion on the market - including the recommendations received.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As a first step, the team analyzed the brand and the type of customers. Then they designed a new key visual fitted with logo style. Then they started working on the website with functional mockups and a UX / UI audit.

Created a dedicated graphic design and development team using the ABDEO CMS system. This allows us to easily change our website's offers. Additionally, ALFA BRAVO provides website care and technical support.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We now have a website on the web https://sbrbank.pl Based on an analysis of statistics, we know that our clients are interested in using it. It is also clearly visible for SEO in Google.

As a result of the rebranding, we believe our customers perceive us in a better light. Online and mobile products and services are being introduced, and the new image of the company matches this better.

The ALFA BRAVO team organizes work very effectively. We knew what tasks would be performed step by step. We also had the opportunity to share our experience and knowledge about the market and customers.

ALFA BRAVO can use this knowledge to build user-friendly websites. We had many productive and useful meetings and workshops, we watched the design process in line with UX. These were valuable experiences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A very modern approach to design. An interesting and creative look at the brand. They are very professional and supportive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
