What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the creator of an organic cleaning product range, it was imperative for me to establish a brand that not only stood out but also resonated with my intended audience. I can confirm that this objective was successfully accomplished, as my branding consistently garners immediate attention, often serving as the initial point of engagement with my customers. I receive frequent compliments on the beautiful design and aesthetics of the packaging.

Yes, my project manager Becky, was a delight to work with. She kept me updated on everything regularly sending me items for review, answered my questions promptly and ensured the project was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I came to them with an idea, and they came back very quickly with exactly what I wanted. In fact, it was so perfect that I requested very few changes. Along the way, they were wonderful to work with - always open to my feedback and quick to make suggestions if I needed additional guidance. Ultimately, they presented so many wonderful concepts that it was hard to choose just one!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alchemy Branding could have done differently?

No, I really enjoyed working with them and wouldn't change anything. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

I approached Alchemy Branding as I wanted a set of brand guidelines for my cafe. I hadn't had experience working with branding specialists before so didn't really know what to expect. From the get go Jess and the team were amazing to work with.

We started off with a casual chat about what I was hoping to achieve and from there we were invited to a workshop to delve into the brand's background, what it stood for and where it was heading. After the workshop it didn't take long for the team to come back to me with a set of brand guidelines which they nailed it! It gave me and my team more clarity on how to present things on socials and more consistency when we're all working on them at different times.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have started to think more about the content we are posting on socials and have definitely gained more interaction from our customers due to this. We have also re-designed our website with the guidelines at the forefront of our mind, using our new brand colours and fonts.

Everything I received was ahead of schedule which was unexpected as I knew brand guidelines were quite comprehensive. This was a big bonus for me as I was really eager and excited to get to work on improving our socials and website.

They definitely went above and beyond, providing me with some social stats to help me better understand my target audience. They were also really responsive, always getting back to me without delay and they were kind enough to reach out and collaborate on another project so it has been a great business to build a working relationship with that will continue into the future.

Nope, I was satisfied with everything
