I’m the president of a wool-based apparel company.

They’re our one-stop-shop for web design, development, and SEO. They built our site from scratch. The team also works on other digital marketing aspects like email, Google Analytics, Facebook, and Instagram.

We work with three people from their team.

How did you come to work with Akers Digital?

We’re based in Salt Lake City and we wanted a local vendor. We had a friend that worked with them in the past and recommended them. After seeing their track record in working with similar brands, I felt they were a good size for what we were looking to do.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $30,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2018, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve helped us a lot. Being a small, up, and coming brand, they’ve allowed us to spend wisely while also helping us learn. Their experience has been useful in helping us avoid mistakes. The team has also made sure that we see the necessary ROI.

How did Akers Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email, phone call, and text. They’re there when we need them and they’re very attentive. The team understands our brand and they’re much better than other agencies I’ve worked with in the past. We’ve even built a friendship.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail really stands out. While we’re not the largest brand to deal with, their flexibility and understanding of our needs is on point and encourages us to invest more.
