I’m the founder of AnswerShare, an information technology company. We’re a GEO company that demonstrably lifts AI citation and recommendation for brands directly. We also partner with agencies to enhance their GEO offerings.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Aker Ink to accomplish for AnswerShare, especially in relation to your GEO and AI citation services?

We wanted them to objectively assess our technology and service delivery. Our solution is highly technical and science-backed. While it wasn’t their forte at the start, they applied themselves to learn difficult concepts and data points quickly and throroughly.

Aker Ink has done a 360-degree assessment of our GEO solution. They’ve also market-tested it and forced us to prove that we could perform to their standards for client delivery. We’ve done the same on theirs. They’ve provided us with specific feedback that markedly enhanced our messaging and client services.

Aker Ink has integrated our product with their GEO offering and is now actively marketing it. We’ve been impressed with their professionalism and willingness to learn a large amount of technical information and succinctly package it so the broader market can understand it.

For example, we’ve received positive feedback from our master distributor, Virology Testing Products (VTP), and other major medical distributors.
