The result was a more secure and customizable platform that has allowed us to expand our product offerings and reach.

Depending on the project, we have utilized various project management styles. For this specific project, we work in two-week sprints. Communication with the full team is every two weeks, and our respective US and India-based team leads connect 2 - 3 times a week. Day to day we utilize a number of tools including Skype, JIRA, and Basecamp.

For an India-based development company, their communication skills and ability to respond to critical items across time zones are impressive and is critical to my choice to continue this relationship.

Web development shop created a white background with the same fonts and color palette as the current website for visual consistency.

Once a user has completed the survey, automatically send an email to us where the first number represents the date and time the survey was completed (must be Standard Pacific time), followed by the information identifying the person, title, and company. A password-protected Admin page presents a list of links in chronological sequence (most recent at the top). Each link allows us to download a CSV file with the survey results (see CSV example that contains the information).

We used to connect more on Skype for quick communication because AJM Softwares used the Google Workspace service. They were highly responsive and on schedule and very professional and pleasant to work with.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I found AJM Softwares over the Internet as one of the top reputed Custom Cloud and SAAS based development service providers. I have reviewed their website and found many case studies for cloud and SAAS based solutions.
I have asked my team to check and shortlist the final vendor from all five vendors we selected for our tech needs.
The cost and time frame given by AJM Softwares suits our budget and expectations to launch the platform, and we finalized them as our app development partner.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We discussed our idea business analyst team after NDA to finalize the scope of work for our idea. They discussed all requirements on call and suggested a few additional features that attract more audiences to the app. They prepared the doc with all functionalities and wireframes of the apps before signing the contract.
Our project assigned to Mr. Anuj, Project Manager who curated the development strategy. As wireframes were ready, they started with UI/UX designs for the app. It takes almost a week to complete all screens and approved by our team.
Next, they worked on a app prototype to understand the workflow. The team started working on the development stage just after finishing the prototype. They scheduled weekly calls with our team to share completed tasks and asked for feedback. In some cases, they also show a demo to our team on how the app works and perform all features in real-time to identify the issues and solve them. Deliverables for our platform will be Android and iOS apps, a website, a web-based admin panel, and all design files and codes.

We used to connect more on Skype for quick communication because they used the Google Workspace service. They were highly responsive and on schedule.

Nilesh (AJM Softwares' Head of Delivery) took the time to contact me and inquire about the project's progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I could not have chosen a better group. It's more important to them to perform a good job than it is to make money.

The team was proactive enough to ask right questions and suggesting better solutions. Since wireframes were done by me, they were even involved in the designing and help us make the app better. They were able to deliver as per the plan iteratively which help us get early feedback from the end users in our testing phases.

Our communication happened usually over Skype. The team was very responsive and always available. English has been never an issue communicating with the team. The team is excellent with their communication skills
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their technical expertise, ability to accomodate the changes and responsiveness is something that impressed me the most. They were never frustrated and always would look forward for ways to make the product better. I was also impressed how Nilesh (Delivery Manager) would spend time to chat with individual client to understand the product and requirements better.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In my tenure with the company, I really dont see anything which they could have done differently to make their services better. This is undoubtedly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with.
