AISO Hub conducted a complete SEO and AI Search Optimization overhaul of my website.
The scope included a full AI Visibility X-Ray, technical SEO fixes, content restructuring, schema implementation, and optimization of the site for both Google and modern AI assistants. They also rewrote and expanded key medical service pages to increase clarity, authority, and search relevance.

Key deliverables included:

AI Visibility X-Ray Report: Analysis of how Google and AI assistants understood and surfaced my clinic and services.
Technical SEO Audit: Identification and correction of crawlability, indexation, sitemap, metadata, and performance issues.

Measurable outcomes included:

• Significant increase in organic traffic to key service pages (gynecology, obstetrics, surgeries, consultations).
• Improved search rankings for priority medical keywords in Lisbon (e.g., gynecologist, obstetrician, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, etc.).
• AI assistants began recommending the clinic more frequently, increasing visibility across Google SGE, Perplexity, and ChatGPT.
• Improved website structure and schema coverage, going from almost no structured data to complete LocalBusiness, Physician, MedicalWebPage, and FAQ markup.
• Higher appointment requests, with more patients finding the clinic through Google and AI tools.
• Faster site performance and improved technical health, documented in before–after SEO scans.
• Better click-through rate (CTR) from search results due to optimized titles, descriptions, and FAQ snippets.

What impressed me most about AISO Hub was their deep expertise in AI search optimization — they understand not only traditional SEO, but also how modern AI assistants interpret and recommend businesses. Their ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable improvements was exceptional. I also appreciated their hands-on, boutique approach, the speed of execution, and how personally invested they were in achieving real results for my clinic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something AISO Hub could have done differently?

Honestly, the experience was excellent. If I had to mention anything, it would simply be that a bit more educational guidance for non-technical clients could be helpful — but this is more of a nice-to-have than a real area for improvement. Overall, I was very happy with the work.
