For what projects/services did your company hire Aider, and what were your goals?

We hired aider because we needed to build a solution to manage and streamline our returns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We created a platform that put our distribution channels in sync and made it easy for us to see all our returns in one place as well as manage the progress of each return.

I'm not so familiar with the technology side of it, although I remember us first designing the app.

We worked with three people.

The app really simplified our return management. We used to have trouble keeping track of all returns, now it's all organized

I was extremely impressed with the speed at which they provided development options and bids. It was overall a very quick and uncomplicated process.

Our goal was to build an all-in-one dashboard and CRM to help our team seamlessly manage the events we create. Including creating invoices, messaging attendees, sending email blasts and more.

Aider designed the entire platform. They've worked with us to ensure everything is how we envisioned.

We dealt with their project manager and designer.

We are almost done developing the project but so far, the process has been great. We accepted a bid from a great firm out of Poland. Their work has been excellent and Aider is still assisting us in many ways.

I knew the founders through mutual connections.

The language used was Node and React. They started by designing the app, this was our favorite part of the process where we got to see how everything would look, than they started development and finished the app from there.

We had a consultant working with us from their team.

The project came out exactly how it was designed. It was finished development before the proposed ETA.

It was great. We communicated through slack and email. They were always available to answer our questions, and they were quick.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything. Their whole approach is unique. It was perfect for us since no one from our group was experienced in something like this. Their guidance and recommendations were extraordinary.

Their whole process was 10/10.
