The project was a multi-year effort that spanned almost five years, during which Ai Web Solutions continuously enhanced the software to meet evolving business needs and integrate advanced features.

The project was designed to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and provide a user-friendly experience for property managers, landlords, and tenants alike. Below is a detailed scope of work and a summary of key deliverables for the project:

  • Centralized Property Management System:
    • Deliverable: A central system for managing property portfolios, including tenant, landlord, and property data.
    • Details: The core of the software was designed to store and manage a wide range of property-related information. This included property details (e.g., address, property size), tenant and landlord profiles, and rental agreements. The system allows property managers to quickly access all relevant data on a single platform, improving information management and reducing manual record-keeping.

    • Details: The HR management system was designed to handle staff schedules, holiday requests, and training programs. Using the project management software and the assigned project manager made our life very easy and the communication was very smooth. Initially, we had weekly meetings to get our ideas across, and then we had monthly meetings to ensure we were meeting our targets.
