1. Planning and defining the layout of the site In the planning process, the needs and business goals of the client were analyzed, and the target groups of users/visitors of the website were defined. In the process of defining the layout of the page, the structure of the website, functional and high-quality navigation is designed, and the necessary content is defined. In doing so, a book of standards was used in accordance with the regulations arising from the laws relating to local self-government.
2. Site design When designing the website, previously defined design guidelines were used. The design solution of the pages is adapted to the visual identity of the client. The main goal was the creation of an attractive and professional website, which will be conceived as a means of communication with end users and business entities in terms of appearance and quality. All design details were agreed with the client. 
3. Creating CSS and HTML code The latest HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript standards were used to create the website. Features that are supported by most modern web browsers have been implemented. A wide range of attributes have been used that provide more efficient use of the page as well as elements that enable logical structuring of the code on the page and make the code more transparent. 
4. System configuration on the web server In the first stage of creation, the pages were configured on a test working domain in order to be able to check the functionalities and correct any errors before the final publication. Through the test domain, an insight into all stages of website development was provided. After verification, the pages were set to a real domain and hosting. 
5. Programming (PHP+MySql+jQuery) Programming of the dynamic part of the content was achieved using a combination of the PHP language and the MySQL database. 
6. Test input of content and photos After the creation of the structure was completed, the content prepared by the client was entered.
7. SEO optimization (Site optimization for search engines) The site was optimized for better positioning on Internet search engines using meta tags, keywords, photo alt names, connection to social networks, blogs, etc. 
8. Login to the requested pages (Google, Yahoo, Bing) The application was made to the most famous Internet search engines such as: Google, Yahoo, Bing. 
9. Sign in to Google Analytics and Google My Business Logging in to Google Analytics, which provides the most extensive website visitation statistics, as well as logging in to Google My Business, which enables easy connection to Google Maps and the Google search engine, has been completed. 
10. Connecting pages to social networks The connection of social networks with the website was made through links. The links were easily recognizable with the recognizable logo of the social network. In this way, website visitors can easily access information and content published on social networks, or share content from the website themselves. 
11. Instructions for independent editing of pages - CMS A manual was created for the user to manage the content through the CMS tool. 
12. Adaptation of pages in accordance with the EU directive or the Law on the accessibility of websites The goal was to further adapt websites for people with disabilities in order to remove obstacles to accessing and using digital content for people with disabilities.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zagrebačka banka d.d. (Unicredit group) was successfully finished the process of adapting the entire banking system to the euro as new domestic currency and was among the first banks to make all financial services available to the clients. One of the important prerequisites for the mentioned achievement was the conduction of demanding replication processes in the DWH system during the night of the conversion (31.12.2022 -> 01.01.2023) in extremely short terms together with propagation of converted data through the central DWH system. 

In both tasks, Agilos IT gave an exceptional great contribution. This great result came after numerous and complex analyses, simulations, testings and adjustments on which Agilos IT was engaged during almost whole 2022. year. During the first months of 2023, Agilos IT worked on DWH system stabilization and fine tuning, enabling data consuming in an accurate and timely manner for numerous bank processes (including regulatory reporting, AML, CRM, P&C processes and many other) in the defined short deadlines.

Agilos IT delivered high-quality solutions on time. They were always there for us, whenever we had any queries. Their experts responded very quickly, even in the non working hours.

Their experts always try to see the wider picture of their tasks so they can provide as much quality solution they can. For every solution, they emphasise bad and good side which is extremely helpful for making final decision. Technical knowledge is on a really hig level. Documentation about their solutions is quality and with details which is very important for me. Conversations and cooperation is very pleasant and natural.

For me, they sometimes go with too much details with their analyse results like at the beginning of a project. But after we agreed about that detail level, everyhing was great. This is also something that indicate how responsible they aproach to work which is commendable.
