Our company needed a lean professional on a short term notice to advise our client on their project.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We selected agile recruitment because of their clear communication and speed in their responses.

in our first meeting we described the ideal candidate. AR made a job description and after a short review session we defined the right requirements for the candidate. Within 4 days AR provided us with 2 candidates who were directly available to start on the project. After interviewing we found the right black belt for the challenge.

I had contact with the account manager that actually was the director of the company. We also had contact with a recruiter who helped planning the interviews
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We found an interim Lean professional with the right industry background. This would have cost us months to find but AR delivered in a short period of time
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
In the beginning contact was often, 2 or 3 times per day. Later in the process when requirements were set only for planning interviews and making arrangements to finalise the hiring proces

The speed of their services was impressive.

We would have liked them to join the interview but because of agenda was not possible
