With more than 16 years of dynamic business history and more than 100,000 clients each year, Aerotravel Lufthansa City Center is one of the top three Romanian travel agencies. In 2013, Aerotravel had a €34 million [approximately $37 million] total volume of sales, achieved by our outstanding team of 116 travel professionals. Aerotravel is active in three main travel segments: business travel, tour operator, and leisure travel.

I am the web systems development manager of the company.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Agile Media?

We were looking to promote our company and increase organic traffic to it. That's why we partnered with Agile Media.

Agile Media has provided many suggestions about our site, our content, and how to lay out the site for SEO [search engine] purposes. Agile Media has mostly provided full SEO services.

How did you come to work with Agile Media?

I searched for companies on Google, and I had a discussion with representatives Agile Media. After talking to them, it seemed like a good fit.

I would like to keep that confidential.

Agile Media's work increased organic traffic to our website 70 percent in 2015.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Agile Media?

We were looking to increase online traffic and sales on our website. At the beginning, we had quite a few organic visitors, but we wanted to become more prevalent online and improve our organic Google search rankings.

Agile Media advised us on how to better set up our content on our website to benefit us on Google. They helped us rewrite and edit the text on our site with SEO strategy in mind.

We found them online, along with many of their competitors. After evaluating them, we thought that Agile Media was the best fit.

It cost under $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

It’s an ongoing engagement.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

During the first six months of our partnership with Agile Media, we reached the top 10 in Google searches for various key terms. For certain keywords, we are in the top five. We are very satisfied with those results.

How did Agile Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We are very pleased with Agile Media. They sent very detailed instructions when either something wasn’t clear, had to be redone or there were any questions. They answered and explained when something had to be explained. They also send weekly and monthly reports. When they make some changes, we can follow their work even if we’re not always communicating. Everything is very transparent.

What distinguishes Agile Media from other providers?

We have a good relationship with Agile Media. Our relationship is quite human mostly because whenever there is any question or we need help they are there. It doesn’t feel like a business-to-business transaction, but actual people talking and working together towards a goal. Our targets and goals are important to them too. If we encounter any problem, they work just as hard as we do to find a solution.

Is there anything Agile Media could have improved or done differently?

We don’t have any complaints about them.
