What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over the seven weeks that the Iditarod peaks in outreach, marketing, and ROI (Feb-March 2024), AOP was faced with a challenge we did not expect, a growth in subscription revenue (projected at 10%) reach 25%. This meant a real time shift in expansion of our CRM (developed by AOP) and our internet capacity to expand our production of live HD feeds from the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race at extremely difficult locations. The AOP team also provided 24 hour support during the race itself.

AOP has been a vital part of the delivery of media, development of CRM and expansion of AI through a Chat Bot that is continuing to produce results as an avatar for our education programs and FAQ's. The team has consistently and creatively met our needs by providing solutions for the challenges we have faced through COVID and the changing technologies encountered for the last 15 years. They have definitely stepped up to the plate in order keep our organization relevant in difficult times.
