BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I was CEO of an E-Commerce fashion brand called The Essex Co. We were stocked on ASOS, online in our own website and in store also.

For what projects/services did your company hire The Agency.io?

I contracted the Agency for help growing the brand via consultancy and digital marketing after being impressed on the initial phone meeting.

What were your goals for this project?

To grow brand awareness and develop the business.

How did you select this vendor?

I researched online and had heard good things regarding them on social media. After calling them I spoke with the directors themselves (which was a confidence booster for sure) and what they said they could do was very compelling from a business perspective.

Following this first call we used The Agency as our go-to consultancy team for digital marketing, social media presence & developing ideas for the brand.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They were running all aspects of our online presence. Digital marketing, social media and more. They also helped update our website to a far better over all look and feel.

What was the team composition?

I had weekly summary calls and emails which I was happy with as well as several updates via WhatsApp or email throughout the week as our work together progressed.

I went over to Barcelona a couple of times and met the directors and the team who genuinely blew me away with their laid back approach, considering the amount of work they had gotten done to that point.

I remember thinking on more than one occasion what a modern approach to the workplace and work ethos they had. The staff were lovely and we went for food on a couple of occasions too so it wasn’t all just board room stuff.

The guys there once you meet them just give a real sense of confidence to your projects and you can see from their office set up and company ethos that your project would be in good hands. Genuinely, I would highly recommend.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw significant growth in sales and enquiries. We were very pleased with the teams input on the focus of our brand, the research they had done for us and the contributions to the vision / direction we should be looking towards in terms of visual aesthetic and best ROI.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Again amazing. The communication is second to none. The guys there speak a few languages (which helped) and I had daily updates some weeks as well as weekly summaries. All of the team would throw ideas and the directors would pass them across to us with recognition as to who came up with the idea. I remember thinking it was a very open and friendly workplace and company structure.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was so modern. The staff is genuinely passionate about what they do and are very innovative based on their combined experience in the online field for many years, they have a vast pool of knowledge to draw from and work into the night at time to get things done.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I genuinely don’t have any complaints. When it comes to marketing / digital agencies in my opinion you really do get what you pay for and I would recommend them to anyone looking to boost their business.

Even the fact I was based in the Uk and they were in Spain wasn’t an issue, ever. The directors and I would sometimes spend over an hour on the phone discussing the plans for the week to come. Can’t really ask much more from as company that has alot of other clients to track and manage also.

We wanted have a strong digital Marketing to get more revenue throughout our cities where we operate. The Agency also provides about taking pictures of our tours and refreshing our website.

we increased our nunbers of followers and throughout a new website we increased a lot the numbers of our bookings that means a lot of more revenues for the our company
