I’m the owner of White Peonies & Co., a flower design and event planning company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency 405?

I needed someone to design and develop my website from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with the flower design and flower delivery website. Agency 405 created my goals, email newsletters, and website and did the pricing and photos. We were ready to publish it, but I got requests to make food boards and creative gifts for my friends, so we changed my subject from flower design to catering and event planning.

Right now, we’re in the middle of expanding the website and switching from flowers to event planning. I want multiple pages on the website, and they’re helping me put that together. Also, I’m planning a photoshoot to have some marketing photos ready. Meanwhile, Agency 405 is helping me recreate the site and publish some marketing business cards and booklets to spread around our community.

How did you come to work with Agency 405?

My sister referred me to the company. They were willing to help me build something from the ground up and walk me through everything I needed to know.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2021, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, friends and family love the website. Since I’m not creative with words, I love that they handled the first-page storytelling part. We also worked together on colors.

How did Agency 405 perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via FaceTime and calls. Sometimes we text through Instagram as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were recommended, and I wasn’t disappointed. Anush is very fast. She makes suggestions and gives multiple options to choose from. If I change my mind overnight, I call her, and it’s no problem. She just asks for a couple of hours to redo the whole thing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything that I’d like to change.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go for it. They’re very passionate about what they do. Sometimes, they’re even more excited for you because they understand more about it. They’ll give you personalized service.
