I’m a marketing manager at a manufacturing company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Agencia Masco?

One of the biggest projects we had with them was working on strategy and development for a loyalty program.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agencia Masco created about 8–10 videos, developed a website, created content, and managed the social media pages of the loyalty program. Our goals were to increase the usage of one of our products and to get closer to our final users.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a general manager, an accountant, a project manager, a content manager, and a planning lead.

How did you come to work with Agencia Masco?

When this project came up, we wanted to work with a company that we had previous experience working with. Agencia Masco worked for our company in the past, so they were one of the companies on our list. In the end, they made a very good proposal so we decided to go with their team.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership ran from February 2018–March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were satisfied with Agencia Masco’s work. Thanks to them, we were able to grow our sales by about 50% during the time the campaign was on, and we started to see a growing network of users. In fact, we currently have around 40,000 users.

How did Agencia Masco perform from a project management standpoint?

They had a good process. We mostly had in-person meetings, but we also communicated a lot through emails and phone calls. In addition, we used Trello to follow up on design requests. They even created boards so we could follow up on their web development progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were great at translating our requests into ideas. They also offered alternatives in cases when we weren’t 100% satisfied with something —  a trait that couldn’t easily be found in other companies. Overall, they went the extra mile for our project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have improved their long-term planning strategies as we encountered some things we needed to change along the way. Those changes could have been avoided if they had solid strategies.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You won’t regret working with Agencia Masco. Just be very clear on your specific needs and communicate constantly.

I'm the hardware store Channel Marketing Leader for the Andean Región at 3M.

For what projects/services did your company hire Agencia Masco, and what were your goals?

We hired Masco to develop an online incentive program for our customers (Ferreterias) in 3 Andean countries. Our customers had the possibility to see their sales objective and redeem prizes through this website. All the program administration, data analysis and prize logistics was Masco's responsability.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose this vendor based on their past projects with us and their service level, design skills aligned with our brand guidelines experience and speed of response to eventualities.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We showed them our objectives and expectations with the project. We sent all information from our customers, discuss reports we needed and schedule weekly follow up meetings. Each week we saw results and made adjstments if needed. At the end they sent to us a folder with final reports and data of the project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project manager that covers all our proyects, an analyst that execute main tasks. The direct project executive that made follow ups and reports. And in each country we had call center resources, 3 in total.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have made this incentive plan 3 times and always achieve and exceed our sales goals.

We had direct contact by Whatsapp with all the team to have fast response to each need. Weekly follow up meetings to review results and feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quick responses to eventualities and the quality of their designs on our website, in general, were impressive.
