We are a young company based out of London driven by a group of highly motivated professionals. Our core team is a combination of general managers, restaurant managers, operations managers and head chefs, sous chefs from Mitchelin-starred backgrounds as well as luxury hotels. Our policy has always been to understand the prerequisite of our clients and serve them with only the best profiles to pick from in all hospitality areas.
We strictly evaluate the candidates and make a careful selection of profiles that make for a potential fit with our clients. We understand that our client’s time is extremely important and so we do not mass-market CVs that holds no value.
The strategy is always for them to source quality candidates from within their network rather than through casual marketing.
We work with our clients from most junior to the most confidential positions. Candidates are evaluated and hand-picked as per the quality required in premium/ fine dining or quick service restaurants sectors within London.
Since we hold a bank of premium candidates we hold an age over our competition as well as our client’s, thus our fees are competitive, which always comes with standard guarantees for our clients.
