"Afton Hall" was built on the New Dominion site in 1897. Funds to build the structure were raised through the sale of shares in the building. Neil Livingstone donated a piece of land (65' x 65') from the Meadow Brook Farm in exchange for four shares. A total of 100 $5.00 shares were sold on the structure.
Located on Route 19, the Centre offers card parties, exercise classes, Wednesday Darts, the Friday Dart League, Steak Darts and community access to a computer resource club.
