I’m the head of operations at HSA Group. Underneath HSA Group is Golden Oil, an oil company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Affility Consulting?

We needed help finding IT partners for our hypermarket solutions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They guide us in identifying the right IT partners, coming up with proposals with partners that fit our requirements. After, they made contact with potential partners to determine whether these IT partners were ready to do hypermarkets. We sent requests for information with 200 points to be shared with the IT partner solutions. We appointed them to identify the right IT partners.

There are around five people working on this project.

How did you come to work with Affility Consulting?

They have the most experience in providing us the right solution because they have strong experience in hypermarkets. Because of this, they're able to let us know what is required and what isn’t required. Initially, we were looking at going with an SAP solution. They provided us with a solution to help us choose the right SaaS partners.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $100,000 dirhams (approximately $25,200 USD) for phase one.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2020, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re very professional, guiding us through the project properly. Our management is really pleased with them. We rely on their feedback, and they always offer a strong solution. We’re on the verge of closing with one of the SAP partners.

How did Affility Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They use different methods of identifying the right solution for our company. They’re always open for debate and give plenty of solutions options. We find them very cooperative through our in-person meetings and online communication. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have vast experience. The project lead has significant retail experience and is guiding our project in the right direction.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they give us a lot of great solutions. They come up with ideas for the betterment of our organization.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We really like the way they operate. After appointing Affility Consulting, they shared eye-opening information that expanding our options for the project.
