Extol Com SRL is a Romanian business development company working as B2B sales and distribution office. We are selling spare parts for Automotive, Plastic and Construction industries. At the same time in the last years we've dealt with software development as well using outsourcing companies.
For what projects/services did your company hire Affarit Studio?
We identified a potentially interesting software market for Event Organizers. We asked Affarit Studio from Targu Mures, Romania to create a software which can be offered to organizers of Conferences, Meeting, Seminars, Exhibitions and Festivals in order to facilitate their IT needs. We explained them our main goals that we want to achieve, and they helped us in a very creative manner.
What were your goals for this project?
The main idea was to make easier the connection between participants, using mobile phone and re-writable NFC tag, but now Eventikon's platform is making possible to create and edit easily the Event's Website, Schedule, Registration Form, Ticketing and a Mobile App, all in one as well, using the Eventikon "e-creator" Module. Our final product created by Affarit Studio is a SaaS (software as a service).
How did you select this vendor?
We heard about Affarit Studio creating a few Mobile Apps (for example the Mobile App of the local transportation, Transport Mures) from the local news.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
We fixed the steps of the project. The Eventikon project has been divided for each application:
- e-creator for webpage-creating
- e-creator for schedule-creating
- e-creator for registration-form creating
- e-creator for ticketing-creating
- e-creator for meeting-app creating.
We fulfilled these steps one by one, and also we harmonized all them together at the final phase (excluding or merging some elements). Near this, Affarit Studio has created us the website of this project, www.eventikon.com , the Eventikon logo and all the other design elements as well.
They've composed the texts to promote Eventikon, and some first posts on Facebook, so we've really got full service from software to design and from concept development to marketing advisement. During the project they've supplied us really good ideas to improve our project!
What was the team composition?
Our main contact was Affarit Studio's CEO as Project Manager, discussing daily about the evolution of the Project. We were contacted by the Designer for the logo and other design aspects, and by the Software Engineer as well.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
This project is Extol Com SRL's first main software. Now we have to make it live, by contacting potential customers and find the right business domains. Right now we have a few discussions with some event organizers and trying to fix the right pricing structure, marketing and sales strategy etc. but we are very confident with our project.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We all the time were impressed by the high communication skills of Affarit Studio. Firstly we had a few personal meetings discussing face to face the project's details, after that we used messenger, e-mail and phone. Later, we've had some other personal meetings as well.
Finally Affarit Studio team has trained us how to use Eventikon platform and also they've made improvements or changes, if requested by us. Today we are just using and testing Eventikon and some times informing Affarit Studio by e-mail, if we need some small changes on it.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Affarit Studio has a very responsive and creative team. They are very efficient and well-experienced in software, design, social-media and marketing issues as well. Surely we've learned a lot of interesting things during our cooperation.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We just hope that they will keep on this positive way of cooperation and services in the future as well.

I am in charge of the online communications for the biggest financial group in Romania. Our company has over 5.000 employees. I oversee all social media content and platforms.
For what projects/services did your company hire Affarit Studio?
During the first stages of the pandemic, we needed to raise our game in Social Media. We set up a team across departments to help us better tackle our clients' request, in timely manner. We did not have a third party app yet to help us organize, track, and manage the hundreds of messages we were receiving daily.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to cover 100% of the requests from Social Media in a timely and effective manner with our 10 community managers. We also needed a detailed report on their activity.
How did you select Affarit Studio?
I had worked previously with Andras on a Social Media project and I figured from his portfolio that he might help us. Imediatelly after I told him about the project's objectives, he knew exactly what was the solution. He delivered us the Hubspot CRM in the following days and also organized a training with our team.

Once we established the solution we needed, Andras presented me the Hubspot CRM features and the steps in implementation. We managed to get things done in only 3 days and Andras also held a mini-training for using the platform. He explained us the tool step by step and also assisted our support team in the first week.
What was the team composition?
Andras took care of the entire project, as he understood it was very urgent for us.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We managed to cover 100% of our clients daily requests, the team got well accustomed to the platform and we are still using it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything rolled out beautifully, Andras is the kind of person who understands rapidly the client's needs and has a timely solution for everything.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We were blown away by the variety of digital services Affarit offers, but also by Andras' comittment and experience, as a very young and fresh entrepreneur from Transylaniva.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It has been one of the most qualitative, rapid and effective projects I ever worked in my carreer.
