Advirtis started off with a phase of examination and recommendations. They examined our position in the market, the level of competition, and the reachable objectives for SEO efforts. After that, their group produced proposals, among them a budget. They then started assembling the technical components of our WordPress website's SEO. Their group implemented procedures for reporting and tracking. That was the initial stage. 

They changed our website in the second phase. The backend optimization was the main focus of their work. Now, while Advirtis provides technical SEO tips, our engineers oversee the code. They are in charge of our link-building strategy and content writing for our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We used Advirtis for all of our 2023 campaigning, and the results were excellent. We most likely increased our organic traffic by four times without doing anything extra thanks to Advirtis efforts. Our organic monthly visitors have increased from roughly 500 to at least 10,000 since we began working with them. We continue to get the best return on our marketing investment from their SEO services.

Advirtis is incredibly prompt and communicative. Their group provides data in formats that I can readily access. What matters most to me, though, are our monthly calls. We go over the previous month's data and the Advirtis-compiled analytics during the calls. Their team obtains insightful information and suggestions about what might have influenced the outcomes by examining the analytics. Their crew is effective and productive since they have exceptional project management skills. 

Advirtis performed the best in terms of reporting, tracking, and answering inquiries when compared to all previous service providers. They ask me for information and do an excellent job of presenting the statistics. I'm not burdened to keep giving them materials all the time by their team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their hiring sets them apart from other suppliers. Compared to other agencies, they invest more time in selecting the best teammates. The team members that worked on our account in 2023 are still with me. This kind of uniformity is uncommon among agencies. Talent is hired and retained by Advirtis. Additionally, they do a fantastic job of alerting us when their staff is too busy to take on new projects. 

Advirtis will decline in order to make sure they have the greatest candidates working for them. Additionally, Advirtis is totally focused on SEO services. They are not an all-purpose agency. Rather, their group adheres to a central discipline.

We met with them to discuss our business and the primary keywords we wanted to target in order to start the collaboration. Although our in-house staff does a great job creating material for us, Advirtis assists us in making that content more search engine-friendly without using artificial keywords in our blog posts or website pages. 
Advirtis scans our website material and, in accordance with our objectives, suggests modifications. They carry out and oversee those modifications on our behalf after we approve them. We have biweekly meetings to talk about our progress, updates to the main search engine algorithms, and their future plans for keeping us from losing any previously acquired results.

Advirtis was able to help us rank for approximately double the amount of keywords as when the project started.

Advirtis has had absolutely amazing outcomes. Their folks are friendly and accommodating, and their Advirtis Bot technology makes me feel comfortable.

Even if that's not their specialty, they've given us a lot of insightful recommendations for how to get better in that area and are still encouraging us to try our hardest to rank locally. Therefore, even though it would be ideal if they were also local SEO specialists, their desire to help us in that way has impressed me.
