I work for ethos realty. Our company sells open plots in Solapur city. I work as a marketing head and I look after all the sales and marketing of ethos.

We faced problems in closing the leads. We faced challenges like we were not active on any social media platform. Because we were inactive so we faced problems to close the leads and also there were no leads generating.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to generate leads so that we could reach out to new people. We wanted to encourage sales and awareness of our firm.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for the marketing company in our city and we found out about Advert Digital Mantra. We only found out 2 to 3 companies online in our city. Their reviews and references made us confident to choose them. I and my team discussed this digital marketing with our CEO and then took the decision to hire ADM.

The strategy that they made was fantastic. They trained our sales team about how to close the deal on call, how to talk in a more effective manner and they did paid promotions on facebook of our firm. We just gave them a rough idea of what we wanted and gave them a certain budget. They did the facebook campaign of ethos realty and it was a successful one.

What was the team composition?

They were in the team of 5to10 who worked for the various departments in their firm. No the size of the team did not change .

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, they brought up to 400+ leads in one month via running facebook ads. Initially, we used to generate about 20 leads in a month through traditional marketing. We did not know that so many people out there were looking for a quality polts and homes , when ADM did the marketing there were many enquiries lined up.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We expected for about 30 to 50 leads but they directly brought us 400+ leads and from which 20 + got converted and purchased our plots. We did not use any tools but just guided them what exactly we wanted. They updated us quite often and also worked on their mistakes immediately. They took our feedback in a positive way.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They mainly focused and worked as per their plans and the unique thing was they made us understand what they were exactly doing. The thing that differences from others was 1. They were friendly 2. They told us from the basics. 3. They trained our sales team really well. 4. They gave us updates on every single thing

Are there any areas for improvement?

No there are no such areas of improvement we were satisfied.
