For what projects/services did your company hire AdornCommerce LLP?

We have been using Adorn in an ongoing capacity for 7 years as our development team. The most recent major project they handled for us was upgrading to Magento 2.

What were your goals for this project?

Successfully transition our site from Magento 1 to Magento 2. Maintaining our SEO rankings and having all our different extensions work seamlessly was very important so we did not lose any productivity.

How did you select this vendor?

We have worked with Adorn for 7 years and trust them implicitly so they were the obvious choice for the M2 upgrade.

Upgrade to Magento 2 which included a new design for the site

What was the team composition?

We worked with the 2 partners at Adorn and they also had a team working on our project but the 2 partners served as project managers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project was a major undertaking and paramount for our business to grow. The impact on our business has been huge and I am very happy with the upgrade. The site looks beautiful, functions the way we want and is also much faster and more secure.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The 2 partners at Adorn served as project managers and this was very effective as we communicated almost daily.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

As a company we have been working together for 7 years and I love working with them. They are very good at communicating and more importantly, getting their tasks resolved quickly. They stay late and have worked through the night and on weekends to make sure issues are resolved so that our business is not affected.
