Adopstar designed a comprehensive website for my company, which included an ongoing blog, and constant updates of the events I complete. This shows work ive done in the past, and current and future, with links to all fundraising. 

Along with this the provided social media marketing with targeted posts on Facebook, LinkedIn amd Instagram, an the build up to and during events over the past 2 years. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A steady increase in unique visitors across both sites, specifically tracking the "spike" in traffic during event launch windows.

Going beyond "likes" to track shares, saves, and comments—indicating that the video content and graphics truly resonated with the target audience.

The absence of critical logistical failures during the events, proving the "vehicle" and organisational structure were fit for purpose.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Adopstars project management was exceptional. All targets were not only met, but delivered ahead of schedule. Their easy to understand explanations were perfect for a non tech person, like myself. If I needed advice on any parts of the process they were always there.  What you get with this company is more than just a website or marketing. You get a friendly team who understand their clients needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have been to marketing companies before, but never worked with anyone so efficient, and willing to listen to the clients needs, as Adopstar do. They tailored the website exactly to what my specifications were, with beautiful detailing, and user friendly application. All of the staff are approachable, and happy to explain anyting to a non techy person like myself. They designed my website ahead of schedule and provided more than I could wish for. They were exceptional at communicating and always responded to questions in a timely manner. They are such a cohesive team, and always put the client first. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adopstar could have done differently?

I genuinely cannot think of anything that they need to improve on. Their service was exemplary.
