If it hadn’t been for their market research, we wouldn’t have known which products to market and what direction to go in. Because of their help, we went from a textile brand to an overall lifestyle brand that sells organic, sustainable products made ethically. All of the data they provided us was everything we needed and we’re still implementing it. The impact will continue to grow in the coming months for our new online store.

Even though they’re not based in the U.S., they reply right away. Their English communication is strong. All of the communication has been instant. Any doubts we have, they’re ready to clear them up. Anything we ask, they’re available to help. 

There hasn’t once been a flaw in their communication and management. They’re extremely organized and very responsive, insightful, and helpful overall. We really appreciate their help with giving us direction.

There are plenty of startups worldwide, but we first targeted San Francisco. We were experiencing positive traffic from Chicago and New York but weren’t in San Francisco. Adloonix helped us when we shifted to using a rep based there. We’re receiving better results now.
