After searching for professional and trustworthy companies online, we asked three companies for a quote and conducted Skype interviews with each of them. We communicated our business objectives and then asked each company to describe how they would approach our needs. We selected Adfix based on their proposed approach.

Our work together started in April 2018 and is ongoing.

The team adheres to our budget and deadline. We communicate via Skype.

More involved participation by senior management would lead to even better results. However, the other team members are generally successful.

Through the product-specific ad groups, we were able to tell which items were driving revenue for our company. Because of this, we’ve seen a significant increase in our ROI.  We got exactly what we needed from their team.

We primarily spoke through email, conference calls, and Google Hangout. We also had weekly check-in meetings. In addition to being communicative, they also produced deliverables on time.

We've been doing business together for a while. Our partnership focuses on achieving specific ROI goals. We don't have to give them a lot of detailed direction. Since they're the experts, they tend to manage our work better independently.

I work directly with the founder, Bogdan (Chief Strategist, Adfix). He's very involved and has a team that works under him. Sometimes we receive some communication from other sources at Adfix, but the owner is our main point of contact.

We found Adfix through a referral.

We've been working together since 2016. Our engagement has been ongoing for more than 2–3 years now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Based on Google Analytics results, we can see our monthly ad spend and how much revenue we're bringing in, respectively. Our success is very attributable to Adfix. They've absolutely hit the goals and metrics we initially set for them to achieve. Early on, they had to evolve to where they wanted to be, but it didn't take very long to make progress. Our partnership has been very effective. 

How did Adfix perform from a project management standpoint?

Our company is fairly hands-off in our work with Adfix. Either monthly or every few weeks, we have regularly scheduled calls. Our ROI goals don't change too much from month to month. During our monthly reviews, we give them a little bit more insight about products we might have coming in. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adfix is very transparent about what they're trying to accomplish. They let us know whether or not they're meeting the goals. Everyone on the team seems to understand very clearly what we hope to achieve.

We haven't asked Adfix to do anything differently and don't expect them to, either.

We've tried working with other providers who failed, frankly. Adfix took some time to ramp up, but they've been extremely effective from very early on. They comprehend our objectives and are transparent, which is important to us. Instead of putting on a sales show every month, they show us how we're doing and accomplish our goals.
