There was a discovery phase in which we discussed scope of work and anticipated outcomes. They did keyword searches and made recommendations on how to improve our website. We are also working together to define blog content.

I work directly with the company's founder. He has a team including a project manager and backend developer working on this project.

I understand that SEO is a process. To date, we are still working on site optimization, but I anticipate that in 2023 there will be an increase in site traffic and that we will continue to rank higher on Google searches.

I am the owner of a Certified Public Accounting firm. We are engaged heavily in IRS tax resolution as well as tax prepare for clients with many years of unfiled returns.

We hired Adeptd to penetrate the difficult IRS tax resolution market and provide daily advertising leads that were worthy of pursuing and not a waste of time & effort. In addition, we needed website building, SEO migration & many other website integrations to 3rd party vendor services including Customer Resource Management systems.

We picked Adeptd because of their vast experience in multiple industries including our specific accounting industry.

Adeptd has the ability to target many social media platforms & enhance all aspects of a website build & customization using many different client or vendor recommended options. After migrating existing webpage traffic from a prior web hoster and Adeptd modifying a new web page design from scratch, we were then able to focus on the marketing efforts in which we wanted to target Google & Facebook advertising.

We worked with one point of contact person to oversee both our website building & marketing projects. This was the owner of the company that we worked with directly, however this is a complete am of professionals to service a vast range of services to suit your needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The revised new animated look of the website complimented the SEO & page migration from our prior website magnificently. In addition, the social media advertising was so effective on both Google & Facebook platforms that we decided to just focus on Facebook only.

We felt the growth of the Google business page was generating many leads organically without the need for additional advertising dollars. We are now generating many daily Facebook leads that we are simply focusing on closing the leads with what Adeptd has funneled to our company.

Their project management skills are excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found they had the skills to listen to the customer immediate feedback to adjust marking tactics and key word targeting to find relevant client leads that make sense for any industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would only suggest to any new vendor that employees Adeptd website or advertising services to give immediate feedback for them to tweak immediately to fulfill client expectations. Without client feedback website desires and on success of quality marketing leads it can be difficult for any firm such as Adeptd to meet expectations. If your business gives timely feedback you will not be disappointed in any of the services that Adeptd has to offer.

We are beginning some marketing campaigns and we needed a good landing page and advice about Google ads, FaceBook and other social media use to help us get the best responses and increase our sales and engagment in the market.

Shabir & his company came very highly recomended by a colleague. He has helped other accountants that I know and I was very excited to get help and advice from Shabbir. The fact that Shabbir was so highly recommended as well as the very fair pricing structure and clear plan that Shabbir laid out were deciding factors to go with him and his company.

First, we had an introductory call to get to know one another and this also allowed Shabir to answer questions I had as well as lay out a recommended plan. Once we had this Shabbir asked for information and he created the landing page and sent us a plan of what he recommended as far as a marketing campaign. We were able to refine the landing page and review as needed. It was an easy way to get the project done, I was very pleased with how it turned out as well as how easy it was to get taken care of.

To get clients for resolution and tax planning is tough and from where we were we our finally seeing daylight based on work done. We have started receiving multiple calls and inquiries averaging 30 a month via social media plus various phone calls (33) each month. So we are averaging 40--60 inquiries per month.

Smooth as hell and excellent responsive communication. We would not have achieved what we are getting without their team.

Timely delivery, responsiveness and have taken us from zero to where we are. Non issue of time zone differential between India and US. Always available on US time zone in-spite of their team is located in India. Pricing. Kept all promises made to us.

All they have done has led us to build a formal and better infrastructure and have been able to finally have a focus on our marketing dollars spent unlike prior history. We plan to be associated with the their team for a long long time.
