Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Before we came to Addlly, we were losing web clicks drastically due to AI overviews and general search behaviour change. So our ask was pretty simple:

• AI agent that can scrape our site, read articles, and find which ones have potential to rank in AI overviews.
• Rewrite the content using our in-house parameter for generative engine optimisation, plus our detailed brand voice guideline.

Started with a 1-month setup and AI agent training phase, we saw result after month 3 of the project. Can't recommend more - especially for small teams struggling to do content at scale WITH quality  that's FAR beyond ChatGPT and other generative engines.

• Number of rewritten articles per month.
• Number of referral traffic from known AI platforms (i.e., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, DeepSeek).
• Number of keywords that our content gets featured in AI overviews.

Everything is delivered on time - there were few delays that Tina (the founder) communicated very clearly the reasons, so not a big deal.

Our requests were very well received and facilitated - granted, for things that they can't deliver they told us the reasons and they all made sense.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that their AI agents can 'learn' from our existing assets (i.e., website, branding guideline documents, published articles, etc) -- all automatically. 

It's such a pain to manually train an AI agent for us, because we have a pretty tight branding guideline. And Addlly nailed that one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Addlly AI Agents for SEO/GEO Content and Marketing could have done differently?

I would say generally the UI/UX in their customer platform could use a few polishing touches. Nothing critical, but for today's emerging companies, a cleaner and more intuitive UX can go a long way.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

My work as a freelancer increased with my clients asking me to do more - from SEO blogs to website copy and marketing collaterals. Hiring or outsourcing the extra work would have reduced my profit margins and increased turnaround times, so I looked for an AI solution that was afforable and more tailored than ChatGPT. With Addlly AI I didn't have to worry about SEO optimization as it was done automatically. I also did not have to write prompts. I was able to just enter topic / titles or an objective,  and I would get a first draft of content in minutes. 
Outputs still required some light editing, but it cut my manual research time by more than half, which allowed me to complete more projects withut extra headcount.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• SEO research time - greatly reduced
• Blog writing output - accurate, more "human" sounding and took just minutes for first draft
• Website optimization - copy was decent, with SEO keywords included as well, like with the blogs.

It was mostly self-serve - the platform / dashboard was pretty easy to use and navigate. There are few things that you have to click through and try 2 to 3 x but it was not complicated to figure it out. For example, they have a Social Media AI Agent. I didn't need it for my project but I was curious to try it out - decent output and provided AI images that were relevant and editable. But as mentioned, you would need to click through and do a couple of tries to train yourself.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It had everything - blogs, socials, even a media strategy and content calendar function.
Anything you need for contet marketing, Addlly had an AI agent feature / solution.
I personally did not need every AI agent for this project, but it's useful to have everything in one place, should the need arise for me down the line. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Addlly AI Agents for SEO/GEO Content and Marketing could have done differently?

The solution was surprisingly affordable. but I was apprehensive at first about having to contact someone re: pricing / costs. But I see now they have a pricing page so that's good.
