BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a full digital marketing agency located in the NYC metro area. I am the owner of the company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Addax Development?

We did a full web application that needed to tie into Salesforce with a ton of customization. After doing my research Addax was the perfect component to handling the Salesforce end of things.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to be the one company that can get the project completed from the front end all the way to their internal team side.

How did you select this vendor?

I vetted out many salesforce people in this area and clearly Yaro and team knew what they were doing.

Describe the project in detail.

I had a customer facing website where we needed to implement support tickets as well as capturing leads from the website. Then when the customer submitted either or it would funnel into salesforce and notify the appropriate people within the company to help the customer in the best way.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of Yaro being the PM and 2 of his developers along with my team. The team was on top of everything and Yaro PM'ed everything perfectly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sales have increased because of the cohesiveness and wait times on support issues have decreased. Total success all around.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Yaro and team integrated very well with my timeline, my project management tools, etc...

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their attentiveness to details stood out. The abiltiy to ask questions to enhance the user experience of the project. And mainly the ability to get things done when they say they would get things done.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that I can think of.
