We had three ongoing projects that needed to be completed before the end of the year, and Actovision IT Solutions Pvt Ltd helped us with them by providing frontend and backend programming.  I was relieved to discover that, in spite of my first concerns, I could trust them with any assignment and anticipate excellent outcomes.  The team exceeded our expectations despite the unexpected amount of effort required for two of our three projects.

 The crew installed new software for our servers in addition to helping us with programming.  They updated the out-of-date CSS library on our website and made the necessary adjustments to the look and feel.  The site offers volume purchasing and discount possibilities, and they developed a completely new interface, scripts, and database backend.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our ability to provide volume discounts and purchases which are targeted specifically at businesses and educational institutions was made possible by Actovision IT Solutions.  Three businesses who are interested in utilizing this option have already been contacted.  This advancement will undoubtedly improve our capabilities, in my opinion.  We anticipate that their efforts will lead to new prospects.

We determined that communication would not be a problem once we met with them to gauge their level of English proficiency.  Our contact was excellent at taking calls.  The team sent daily email reports, and we primarily communicated via Slack.  The lead programmer summarized what he had accomplished by the end of the day and shared what he intended to work on each morning.  We only got roughly three calls over the course of our six-month endeavor.  With the exception of invoicing inquiries, everything went so well that we hardly ever had to talk on the phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their greatest strength was their readiness to assist.  They consistently adhered to the timetable.  Never once did I have to wait more than twelve hours to hear back.  Creative solutions improved the efficiency of our process.  The group was approachable, accommodating, and ready to lend a hand however we needed it.

 Their technological prowess particularly amazed me. They shown a remarkable capacity for learning and persevered through tiresome chores without ever complaining.  We asked him to do technically difficult work that he had never done before, and he was able to pick it up quickly, comprehend it, and produce excellent work.

• We converted our outdated application into a white label model during the pivot last summer so that banks could truly make it feel consistent with their online banking experience. They could at least give the impression that the app was a part of their product if they didn't have a great internet banking experience. We also made some significant adjustments to the borrower application process in the process. We looked to Actovision IT to augment our team since we needed more capacity to accomplish that.

On short notice, Actovision IT Solutions Pvt Ltd sent two excellent developers.  They began working on the branded application from a coding standpoint before my internal team ever started the project.  We added two additional developers around two months later.  The Actovision IT developers had created a significant amount of the application by the time we delivered.

 We've collaborated on several such difficult projects since then.  Actovision IT Solutions Pvt Ltd has consistently taken our concepts and ideas and run with them, producing the greatest products and solutions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been successful in attracting people of the highest standard.  If these developers were available in this competitive labor market, we would be pleased to hire them locally.  They are simply very skilled and professional developers.  It is now difficult to hire domestically, but we have been able to get people in swiftly.  We frequently estimate that the hiring and onboarding process will take three months or more.  From an infrastructure and DevOps standpoint, they have been simple to deal with because they have all quickly caught up.  Many people believe that offshore teams are inferior, but we haven't encountered that at all.

Although I don't believe they've missed any deadlines, they take the initiative to note where things stand and whether they might.  They move quickly; if anything, we find it difficult to keep up.  They take pleasure in working during our business hours.  They are intermittent until at least eleven in the morning, and frequently until twelve or later, which is quite late for them.  We have a good amount of overlap with our internal team because of that.  They are a member of our team and attend standups, regular grooming meetings, and sprint planning.

Every single one of our four Actovision IT Solutions developers has been outstanding.  They have a lot of experience and aren't scared to ask questions or provide alternative solutions, which is something I truly appreciate.  They push us to experiment with better software and challenge presumptions. The staff at Actovision IT Solutions Pvt Ltd takes responsibility for producing the highest caliber of work. A significant amount of the project has been developed by them, and they have done an excellent job.

No company is perfect but their credibility and good work cover up for all!!
