I believe the key measurable outcome that was most important for us was Active Digital's availability and readiness to help fix any issues or complications.

Items were delivered on time based on our needs. We did not have a specific time frame for the project to be delivered, but rather have the project delivered qualitatively rather than being rushed. So time for us was not an issue.
