I hired this team to design and develop a ecommerce system for me.By doing this,I am hoping to increase traffic substantially.

They were recommended to me by my husband, we communicated through Skype I chose them based on their past projects ,design skills .

We had a meeting to discuss my goals and objectives, from there the team delivered mockups and wireframes for the site the project is still ongoing.

A project manager was the main point of contact.

The project Acme is building and its now in beta testing.

I communicate with the project manager if there is any delays he let me know ahead of time we use Skype to coordinate and they work well with me.

They are a professional team that delivers their work on time.

The project is still ongoing hoping for the best

I was searching online for best companies in India and found this and then i have scheduled few meetings with them and come to know their strength and capabilities and projects they have done globally

They have designed the mobile application with using UI / UX and very attractive design and functionalities are very user friendly which fulfill our complete requirement to grab the attention of any customer and us our mobile app service for placing online orders

i believe around 4 -5 members were working with us , developers , designer , sales person , senior developer etc

they have designed a new application form in our website using paid plug ins and its looks very attractive and very clear for us franchiser to submit it onine

its was quite good and they are very supportive in terms of any technical issues

their support and understanding about any queries or new request

as of now i have not found anything like that because they are doing their best to resolve issues and provide exactly what we are looking for.

We needed someone to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Acme It Solutions LLP. designed and developed our custom website using JavaScript. It’s an integrated platform, and they used enterprise website development. The team had free reign, and I just told them what we were trying to achieve in terms of the structure. I just wait for them to surprise me. It’s a complicated process, so the website isn’t complete. Our target date of completion is December 2021.

I’m in contact with four people, including a senior developer and a business development manager.

Acme It Solutions LLP. provides excellent services. They send me links to the metrics, and I get to see tangible results. 

How did Acme It Solutions LLP. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is good, and communication has been really efficient. We communicate every two weeks via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We’re always in touch, and they ask me for my feedback before they move to the next stage. Their customer service is one of the best.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their services are so customized. The team really knows what I want. They’re so unique in the way they deliver the project and communicate with the client. They’re amazing, and I’m so fond of them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When communicating with them, sometimes we don’t understand each other due to accents. We also sometimes have some glitches, but it’s not a big issue.

Trust them; they’re a competent, good team.
