What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We collaborated with Acme AI on a project focused on advanced data modelling for climate change and climate finance. The goal was to build predictive tools that could integrate complex climate and socio-economic datasets, while also producing outputs that would strengthen climate finance proposals and advocacy.

The scope of work included designing and training predictive models, cleaning and integrating large datasets, and creating scenario-based simulations of climate risks such as floods, migration pressures, and vulnerability hotspots. Acme AI also developed user-friendly dashboards and visualizations, and provided regular consultations to ensure the outputs were accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Acme AI’s project management was excellent from start to finish. They established clear timelines and consistently delivered every milestone on schedule, which gave me confidence in the reliability of their work.

What stands out most about Acme AI is their ability to combine deep technical expertise with accessible communication. Many data science teams are excellent at building models, but Acme AI went further by ensuring the outputs were not just technically sound, but also usable and impactful in real-world climate finance and advocacy contexts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Acme AI could have done differently?

They can hire subject matter specialist as consultants when working on specific topics. The consultant has more to learn about AI and Acme can integrate learnings from them.

ACME AI developed two key digital solutions: the Dynamic Period Tracker and the Probahini Chatbot, designed to support menstrual health management in an accessible and user-friendly way. The Dynamic Period Tracker allows users to log their cycles, predict upcoming periods, track symptoms, and receive personalised health insights. It is multilingual, mobile-friendly, and equipped with AI-powered adaptive predictions, ensuring inclusivity for users with both regular and irregular cycles. The tool also integrates with Probahini, offering a seamless experience for users who want additional guidance.

The Probahini Chatbot complements the tracker by providing reliable, stigma-free information on menstruation and hygiene. Built with AI-driven natural language understanding, it is available on popular messaging platforms in both Bangla and English, making it widely accessible. It offers FAQs, guided conversations, myth-busting content, and referral pathways to health services, all while ensuring privacy and anonymity. Together, these two solutions create a comprehensive ecosystem for menstrual health awareness, tracking, and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project showed strong results through user engagement and impact. The Dynamic Period Tracker attracted a large number of active users, with many regularly logging cycles and symptoms, while the Probahini Chatbot recorded thousands of conversations in Bangla and English, reaching both urban and rural communities. Surveys indicated improved knowledge, reduced myths, and better menstrual hygiene practices among users. Integration between the two tools enhanced accessibility, and training sessions for NGOs and health workers built local capacity to sustain and expand the initiative.

ACME AI managed the project really well. They delivered everything on time and kept us updated at each step, so we always knew where things stood. Whenever we shared feedback or asked for changes, they responded quickly and made sure our needs were met. Their team was easy to reach, supportive, and worked closely with us to make the tools simple, useful, and effective.

Their openness to feedback and willingness to adapt made the whole process feel collaborative, and it was clear they genuinely cared about creating solutions that make a real impact.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Acme AI could have done differently?

One area for improvement could be providing even more hands-on orientation for end-users at the rollout stage, especially for those less familiar with digital tools. While the products were user-friendly, a bit more guided onboarding or awareness campaigns could have boosted adoption further. Additionally, setting up a clearer long-term support plan after delivery would help ensure smoother maintenance and scalability as user numbers grow. Overall, these are small adjustments that could make an already strong service even better.
