TYI is a mobile application which acts as a social professional account for the students.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came in contact with Acentria through a referral of someone in the IT industry. The deciding factors were mainly the work, their past projects and reviews about their professionalism.

The project is an ongoing one. The services include web development, admin dashboard management, cloud management and web updation.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were in direct contact with the 2 individuals, they were responsible for the communication and delivery of the services. However, there are other people in the team who specialise in different services we are not sure about how many team members work on the backend.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project started with the development of a basic one page website, looking at the kind of services and delivery we extended it to more services.

The project management style is an agile one for us as we are an ongoing client. Whenever there is a new development required we communicate on a video call (google meet), exchange emails and then take it further.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their timely response to the problems and/or hiccups that arise is the team's unique quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could make the system more transparent one as in continuous exchange of project progress, backup status etc. which would allow us to be in the loop always.

I am the Manager and organizer for the Show JAS, which occurs every year for jewelry industry on a very large scale

We hired Acentria Technologies to develop a complete solution for the management of Our Yearly event which includes the vendor management and Visitor management. We needed Web portal, Mobile applications for show as well as Our Awards portal.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They understood the requirements from us and devised a blueprint of the solution which was really creative and easy to use. they really worked on the minute issues that may arise in future as well.

They Developed Our portal, the mobile apps for vendor and Buyers. our complete solution for awards was designed by them which included participation by jewelers, online jury System, Online result portal etc.

They assigned 1 project Manager for our who was our key contact person. He was available 24 hours for us and got all the changes done that we asked very quickly. But the team size i think was somewhere between 5-8 people who worked on this

We had a successful show with over 1000 buyer registrations on the portal and over 300 nominations for our Awards

The team is continuously in touch with us. The project manager handles all our communications smoothly, and listens to our demands patiently. and got them fulfilled.

Their approach to the work was very professional. You just have to tell them what you want and they would come up with the perfect solution for it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should start working on more technologies.
