BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Director of Client Services for PRO Unlimited, a Managed Service Provider in the Contingent Labor industry. We are a vendor-neutral MSP servicing Fortune 500 companies globally.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire AccruePartners?

We work with AccruePartners as a supplier of contingent labor on multiple client programs at PRO. They supply talent to a number of different labor categories, ranging from high level IT consultants to finance to engineering to admin support.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is always to provide the best quality labor to our client at a fair market price.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We benchmarked their performance against other suppliers with similar capabilities. We also conduct a yearly scorecard process for this supplier on every client program they support to ensure they are meeting all required SLA's.

Describe the project in detail.

As previously mentioned, they support a number of programs on an ongoing basis. They work on all labor categories for us and provide quality talent to our clients. They have passed every audit and receive outstanding scores on their scorecards. They are a true pleasure to work with.

What was the team composition?

We work with everyone at Accrue from VP level, to account management, to recruiters. They are always available to answer questions and help with urgent requests.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Accrue has been a solid partner for the last 5 years and has grown their footprint with PRO across additional programs due to their outstanding performance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have enjoyed the open lines of communication and a true spirit of partnership with AccruePartners over the years. They are always looking for ways to improve their service delivery. They're highly responsive, and they make themselves available when we have urgent needs. They always step up to the plate to provide quality candidates.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I believe what is most impressive is that even though they started out as a small company and have grown tremendously over the years, they've kept the "small company" feel.

I still correspond with one of the owners/founders of AccruePartners even though she has several people working for her that can handle everything related to the program. She has stayed invested in the success of the programs they participate in and that is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can honestly say, no. This group takes all feedback seriously and implements change when needed. Overall, an excellent partner to work with.
