• Get quoting and estimating off the owner's plate. We needed accurate, professional estimates going out fast, without the process bottlenecking on one person.
• Gain real control and visibility over company spending. We were passing personal credit cards around the whole team with no limits and no way to see where money was going, and we needed to fix that.
• Get one clear, real-time picture of the business finances.

Abstract Digital came in and built out the systems our business now runs on. They put the right tools in place for estimating and project management, bookkeeping, company spending with proper card limits and accounts payable, and day to day team communication and job site documentation.

On top of that, they custom built a few things specific to how we work: a live dashboard that pulls our financial and project data into one view so we can actually see revenue, costs and margins, an invoice inbox that reads vendor PDFs and updates our product catalog automatically. They handled the whole thing end to end, from figuring out what we needed based on our business operations to implementing it and connecting it all together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're saving around 20 hours a month on admin and estimating, getting quotes out in about half the time, and we can see the full financial picture of the business in one place.

Their project management was great. They kept things moving, delivered what they said they would when they said they would, and were always quick to respond when we had questions or needed something updated. It felt really natural to work with the team from day 1. They clearly cared about getting it right.
