We’ve found them on Upwork and after initial interview along with a few other candidates we felt their team was perfect to help us with link building.

We needed someone to work off-hands on their own and deliver great results with minimal intervention from our end. We’ve explained our concerns and requirements and they were able to take it from there.

There were 2 specialists assigned to us, but main communication happens through one.

So far everything is ticking well. Above Apex delivers on the targets we set each month.

They are great at meeting deadlines and communicating any needs. We mostly use slack for communication and are also quick to respond.

How they take feedback. It’s great that they can take our internal feedback and easily pivot in the direction we need.

I’d like more regular and clear reporting on the weekly / monthly progress.

Various digital marketing tasks. We needed to Elevate our organic presence in a very competitive niche. Increasing ranking for key terms & enhance our entire content strategy.

Any good hiring decision rests with choosing the people behind the company. Though Apex appeared to have a great track record, speaking with the principals sealed the deal for us. Their knowledge and professional attitude shined through from our first meeting. They just sounded like they knew exactly what we were trying to accomplish.

Key deliverable were increase in organic ranking for key terms as well as streamline our content marketing strategy. We have good open dialog with the team and they are available for us if we needed any course correction.

two resources. Both had experience with digital marketing, organic traffic and content.

Sure. We have already seen a 10% increase in organic traffic and it's only been a few months. Previously our organic traffic was stagnant. Definitely did not expect results to show so quickly as organic improvements happen slowly. Domain Authority and Rating has also seen increase. Besides that, having a dependable and knowledgable digital marketing team on our side has been a very positive addition to our business.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth. They are available with reports and discussion when required. But results are happening without our constant contact which is ideal for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

communication and clarity. Their suggestions and experience really synced up with how we operate and what we are looking for right now.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing at this stage, I would say we are pretty satisfied with our decision to hire Above Apex.
