I am the director of a children’s school.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ablaka?

We hired Ablaka to create our website and perform various digital advertising services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ablaka created ads for Google, Facebook, and Twitter. They also filmed and edited video for YouTube. Additionally, they developed our website entirely from scratch. They continue to create content alongside our team, and format and maintain the site.

What is the team composition?

 I work directly with Deniss (Founder, Ablaka).

How did you come to work with Ablaka?

Ablaka was hired before I came into this position, so I’m not sure.

How much have you invested with them?

Pricing changed per month, but we have spent somewhere between $10,000- $49,000 overall.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2018, and they continue to create content and maintain our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Ablaka completed the project, though some aspects could be improved.

How did Ablaka perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed their time very well, and were always able to accommodate unexpected tasks. We communicated primarily through email and they would respond promptly. They also visited our facilities a few times and we visited theirs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They offer straight forward and reasonable pricing for a quality product. While other companies may try to sell their customers on additional services to increase the price, Ablaka didn’t try to do this.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve the video — my expectations were a bit higher for it. It’s very formal.
