Digital Marketing and the goal was get leads for my business

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to go through with it hoping it saves time and money of another potential client.

We struggled with leaving a review for Gadsly, LLC, or rather, Nicole because it is not a positive one. But we would like to have avoided wasting time and money with them/her, so we decided to go through with it hoping it saves time and money of another potential client.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

When we originally spoke with Gadsly/Nicole we were clear with what we wanted and what we did not want, there was not one thing we mentioned we wanted that she said they/she could not or would not do if we hired them/her.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

She sold it to us, was very agreeable in pur phone conversations and even added little extras on our requests, nothing was impossible, they/she had all the experience and knowledge required to do a simple advertising campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We hired her, paid her in advance and kept checking in with her and asking where were the ads, videos, research, etc. that they were going to create and run for us and everything changed. She basically called us ignorant on the subject, even though we had successfully created and ran our own campaigns in the past and our numbers left hers in zeroes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They asked for our own material that we created instead of creating their own, which was why she had been hired, etc. We confronted her and her response was so negative that we stopped payment to her LLC. She contested it and after our financial institution did their investigation into it, receiving information and documentation on both sides, we won that fight.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I’m the owner of True Colon Hydrotherapy Spa.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gadsly?

I was already managing our Google Ads at the time, but I needed a team that could help improve and make the advertising more efficient and effective. I wanted to get more phone calls and online bookings for the same money that I was already spending.

I have another clinic in Puerto Rico and I mostly handled everything there. However, it’s a different market here in Florida.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gadsly mostly handles our online web marketing and Google Ads. They've taken over our advertising needs and keep track of our accounts.

We directly work with one person from Gadsly, but there are other members of the team that work on the project. 

How did you come to work with Gadsly?

A friend of mine has worked with Gadsly. We decided to call and see if they were a fit for our company.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in August 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In just a month, I noticed a 30% improvement in the number of phone calls and online bookings. Gadsly’s efforts quickly helped us pick up new clients and I like that.

How did Gadsly perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through email. I like how active and responsive they are — whenever I need to talk to them, they’re always available and they reply fast.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Based on my experience with them, I can see that they’re into our business and they understand what we want and our targets. They're passionate about helping the business grow and that’s why I’m committed to staying with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, I don’t have any negative feedback because they’re exceeding my expectations.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to talk to them and discuss how you can reach your target customers. They know how to target our niche since every business has very specific needs.
