Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founding CEO and Clinical Director of our company, Sabree Therapeutic Services. We are a group mental health therapy practice.

A16 provided marketing consultation via SEO, PPC and Social Media. The goals were to increase our ability to reach more clients via online to seek our services.

How did you select A16 Studios and what were the deciding factors?

After considering various marketing companies in the southeast, I felt A16 was the best fit for our company. They have proven to be responsive, efficient and provide competitive rates for their services. During the initial consultation, A16 was very thorough in their education of their marketing services. They did not talk to me like I was the marketing expert and answered any question I posed.

A16 assisted with providing feedback and assistance with SEO, PPC and social media campaigns. Through A16's professional assistance, funding was used more efficiently to reach our target audience.

I worked directly with Quincy McBride, the Co-Founder/CXO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As of now, A16 has met my expectations. At this time, our project is ongoing.

I have been able to communicate with A16 via email, phone and Zoom. A16 has proven to be very responsive to emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've found that A16 is BIG on building relationships with companies, more so than simply taking a company's money. A16 took the time to learn about our business goals and sincerely were interested. A16 continues to be very knowledgeable and professional in my dealings with the agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can not think of anything they could have done differently. I am pleased with the company's dedication to our business. I believe anyone else who uses their services would say the same.
