BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I own a startup called HYPEbrands. We’re a digital marketing agency with three sections: HYPEdesign, HYPEtech, and HYPEbrands itself. With HYPEtech, we usually get customers that ask for enterprise-level or small mobile app development.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Infinity App Solutions?
We needed support with our client testing services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Whenever we’re building an application, we delegate the testing services to Infinity App. We haven’t used Infinity App for any other services.
What is the team composition?
We have two main points of contact at Infinity App, and I believe there are 6–7 testers involved. One of the contacts is for customer service, and the other one is for technical issues. I can contact them whenever I need to.
How did you come to work with Infinity App Solutions?
One of their principals approached me on LinkedIn after I posted an advertisement in a group. At first, I dealt with him as an individual, and he later on told me that he had a company called Infinity App.
How much have you invested with them?
Infinity App charges $30–$45 per hour. I’ve given them a lot of projects, so we’ve paid them approximately $7,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our first project with Infinity App started in March 2020, and the collaboration is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Infinity App’s rates are low, so I worried they might be compromising on quality. However, I and my clients were absolutely happy when we got the results. I’ve been working with them for the last 3–4 months, and they’ve been delivering awesome services since the start. Working with them is fantastic, and I don’t have any complaints. I hope this goes on for a long time.
A typical testing company won’t give us more than 30–40 devices to test on, while Infinity App does it on approximately 300 devices at the same time. That’s absolutely fantastic.
How did Infinity App Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
If a project is going to be delayed, App Solutions will be upfront about it. He’ll tell me the exact reason for it and not sugarcoat anything. He keeps it clean, simple, and transparent so that the customer doesn’t wonder what’s happening. Timelines are 3–5 days more than what I’m used to, but that’s fine considering the price I’m paying for, which is almost 50% below market rates.
I don’t have anything negative to say about them. The company’s fantastic, and I love their owner as well. He’s absolutely professional, clear, and transparent. This is why I haven’t switched to another provider so far.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The pricing makes them stand out.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Delivery timelines could probably be made shorter. I think this is the main reason that more people aren’t going with them. If Infinity App can improve on that—which I think they will—there’s no stopping them. Otherwise, they should keep up the good work and maintain their pricing point
