98 Marketing worked closely with our SEO agency to develop new content for our website to help our SEO rankings. We also leveraged them to develop content to support our new product features that were utilized in solution briefs, blogs, and partner briefs.

Projects were sent to them via email with goals of deliverables. We always had the option to follow up with a live call to help clarify any requests, but those weren't needed that frequently. They are always very quick on turnaround and incorporate feedback quickly. Timely delivery was the key metric we measured, and they easily met every timeline.

Yes. They met every deadline, usually early. They were always open and receptive to feedback and incorporated edits quickly.

For a Fintech company, we were looking for a content creator who understands the field and also writes well. With a background in finance and excellent writing skills, we don't have to constantly check for technical accuracy or engage in extensive revisions. 98 Marketing's unique ability to blend financial expertise with engaging writing has significantly elevated our content. They made our content both informative and accessible to our audience.

The goals of the project was to use social media to increase the awareness of the service BDM has to offer the US healthcare industry. We were looking for ways to reach financial executives at different healthcare providers.

We received a recommendation about 98 marketing. Setting up the relationship, coming up with goals, strategy, and execution was fast easy with impressive results.

We decided to use LinkedIn as the main social media platform we would use. We came to the conclusion that Facebook and other platforms would be less effective for our needs. In order to increase awareness of our company and services, 98 Marketing created a series of professional blogs that were published on the company’s page.

We increased the number of followers of our company and personal page, and we saw the exposure and interest in what we had to say, growing every week. We also launched a LinkedIn message campaign targeted at industry leaders, decision-makers with potential clients.

I worked with Loni and Michael Snap, would walk me through the basics of social media marketing, had great suggestions on how to reach our goals, and took charge of the implementation process of the strategy.

The project is still ongoing, so it may be too early to summarize. Nevertheless, we already see a huge jump in the number of visitors to our LinkedIn page, reactions to the blogs that were posted, traffic to the company’s web site, etc.

The workflow was seamless. Loni and Michael suggested ways they thought would assist us to reach our goals, explain the logic and cost behind each item, and made sure everything was implemented as discussed.

Our narrative is important to us, and our blog posts have ensured that. We get monthly engagement reports and have seen significant organic growth. We’ve started using paid social, but it’s more experimental at this point.

Loni makes sure our messaging is clear, forming our company’s strategy. Her attentiveness shows that she cares about us and the work. Their punctuality mirrors ours. I can carve out my general thoughts, and she’s able to make them into a tight story.

98 Marketing goes out of their way to do more. Loni is always on time and super helpful. Her intuition is also great; she keeps an eye out for exciting stories and angles.

How did 98 Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet deadlines; most of the time, they deliver the day before. Their communication is also very open. No matter the hour, Loni is on it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think it’s their quality. There are a lot of content writers, but from my experience, some of them don’t always hit the nail on the head. Then there’s a lot of back and forth editing. I do always edit content, but with Loni, it’s very minimal.

No, I can’t think of anything right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a chance. Loni really listens, and during our engagement, I haven’t seen her drop the ball yet. She provides a consistent amount of content.
