911ADV was tasked with a scope of work that revolved around crafting a distinctive brand identity for us and our beneficiaries. Key aspects of this work included designing and developing a range of branded materials, from stationery and clothing to flags and exhibition materials, all tailored to resonate with the target audience. They also provided brand-book design for one of our beneficiaries, creating a comprehensive guide to a brand's visual identity and its application across various mediums.

Furthermore, their responsibilities extended to crafting visually appealing and coherent publication layouts that align with a brand's identity and messaging. In terms of key deliverables, 911ADV was expected to produce a suite of customized, branded materials and a detailed brand-book that encapsulated visual branding guidelines. Professional layouts for various publications formed another component of their deliverables.

Throughout the project, they engaged in regular consultation to ensure their designs meet the needs and goals, and provided periodic project reports detailing progress, adjustments, and updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with 911ADV yielded solid results. We observed measurable growth in brand recognition and aesthetic consistency. Feedback on our brand materials was positive, and their contributions significantly supported our event participation. Their performance was commendable.

While working with 911ADV, I have found their services to be consistently excellent. On rare occasions when there was some need for improvement, they've always swiftly resolved the situation upon receiving feedback. Their responsiveness and willingness to address concerns ensured that the final deliverables met the highest standards of quality, further demonstrating their commitment to client satisfaction.

I was the former general manager of a vehicle manufacturer and dealership company.

What challenge were you trying to address with 911ADV?

We hired 911ADV to support our marketing department. They helped us with our brand design and printed production, among other things.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our company had certain guidelines and brand books to be followed, and we sent those over to 911ADV. We showed them what we wanted, and they followed the guidelines. At the same time, they proposed fresh designs and creative ideas. Their team handled everything from ads, prints, and t-shirts to pens, calendars, books, and whatever else we asked. 

What is the team composition?

Whenever we contacted them, 3–4 people were involved. A manager was also assigned to us.

How did you come to work with 911ADV?

I knew them from a program. When the project came up, we had some issues with our previous suppliers. We decided to contact 911ADV, and they proved responsive — they got back to us on the same day. That was the start of our collaboration. 

How much have you invested with them?

When we first started the partnership, we paid per project; the cost ranged from $10,000–$50,000. After working with them for a while, we started building a yearly budget of about $300,000 per year at the minimum. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from July 2008–January 2011.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

911ADV’s pricing was competitive, and that was important to us. On top of that, they offered great quality. We were able to cover all of our requirements and cut other supplies, resulting in cost reduction. 

How did 911ADV perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always within our budget, and their work fit the company’s needs in terms of financial planning. Moreover, they delivered everything on time. They even delivered at night whenever we had urgent matters or events. To communicate, we mainly used emails and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked their creativity and responsiveness. We wouldn’t be able to find other companies in Ukraine that could deliver such creative work on a budget and in such a short period of time. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could expand into other countries.

Give 911ADV a chance to show their creativity and work. Then, you will see results.

They are always on time; they are incredibly fast. Whenever I need something done fast, I call them.

price-wise cheap, quality is high, and result is very fast!

Are there any areas for improvement or something 911ADV could have done differently?

Invoicing is also very fast :P and there is not much patience with this. Frequent reminders, even before the deadline is expired. So a bit more trust that I, the client, will pay. But for me, these are minor details.
